Proffesional yet personal, super organised and yet open to help with the smallest of matters in the moment, Dr Omer, Ezel, Kaya and Fatma are a great team together. A year ago I first contacted Ezwell for my primary breast surgery, but I found their price higher compared to other offers I received, so I chose a cheaper option elsewhere. Well… guess what happened? I ended up coming back to Ezwell to fix my surgery.
Dr. Ömer Polat performed my breast revision surgery, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. I had some pain on the first day, but it was completely manageable.
I truly regret not having my first surgery done here.

I had done a lot of research and came across Ezwell health and Dr Omer Polat through Trustpilot and Instagram. There wasn't a lot of advertising about either anywhere else which I found surprising, no offers or anything. I went purely on reviews and recommendations from a couple of other people who had used them.
Right from the first enquiry I was contacted and supported throughout my journey.
I was so we'll looked after by Kaya, Ezell, Fatma and everyone from the clinic and hospital. My luggage didn't arrive until five days after me but Ezell and Kaya made sure I had everything I needed.
The operation and aftercare were brilliant ( I went alone so was so grateful of that).
The hotel they chose was fabulous, all close by to the clinic.
I can assure anyone thinking of doing this (I had a full facelift) they are in the best hands with Ezwell health care and Dr Polat (I have done a separate review for him) and I recommend them all 100%.

The whole team are truly very tightly coordinated , the trip is organised very well from start to finish with on going communications and support , the clinic is very sophisticated and beautifully equipped with state of the art various services for skin health available as well as general anesthetic procedures there are local anesthetic options, I had upper blephraplasty and fat graft under local anesthetic with a peel and was perfectly comfortable no pain , I had full confidence in the team of nurses and Dr Omar polat is very thoughtful and thorough and my results getting better and better by the day , truly gold standards very high level of new research in treating rejuvenation and skilled practice makes the whole experience so special . Izmir is also a vibrant cosmopolitan city . I loved it all. I would definitely go back for further treatments .

From the moment I started speaking to Ezwell they were amazing. No question was too much trouble and they always answered 24hrs a day. I had transfers for everything airport, hospital, hotel and any appointments at the clinic. I was joined to a WhatsApp group once I paid my deposit where I was sent itinerary of everything that was going to happen. I was also able to speak to the nurse Fatma on that WhatsApp group who was amazing and very caring.

After 20 years with a dropped tip, uneven nostrils, and worsening breathing from my first surgery, I knew my secondary (revision) rhinoplasty would be a complex case. I spent 6 months meticulously researching and speaking with 27 different doctors and clinics in Turkey before finding Dr. Ömer Polat and the Ezwell Clinic.

From our first call, Dr. Polat completely stood out. He understood my exact concerns and explained the nasal anatomy in a detailed, technical, yet easy-to-understand way. The communication with his team was incredibly smooth and professional. Any questions I had were addressed immediately, and I never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision.

When I arrived in Izmir, I was warmly welcomed by the amazing team, Kaya, Fatima, and Ezel. The logistics were flawless. After my pre-op tests, I had my in-person consultation and 3D simulation with Dr. Polat. I was very meticulous about my design, and he truly listened to my "do's and don'ts." The 3D simulation was a great tool that allowed us to come to an agreement and properly plan the surgery so we shared the exact same vision.

The surgery itself was seamless. I felt no pain during or after, and the hospital nurses were incredibly kind and well-trained, providing an amazing post-op protocol. The clinic provided all my post-op medications, making it very easy to continue my recovery comfortably from the hotel.

Cast removal day was overwhelming in the best way possible. Even though I am only 16 days post-op, my nose looks better than I could have ever expected for such a complicated case. The symmetry, size, and shape are perfectly proportioned, giving me a naturally refined look that far exceeded my own expectations. Also my breathing is much better now.

If you are traveling from abroad, Izmir is a lovely, charming, and clean city full of nice people and delicious food. It is the perfect, calm environment for recovery.

Dr. Polat is honest, and a true artist with incredible technique and vision. This is the best, most well-organized clinic, and they truly treat you like a friend. I want to thank the entire team for the support and care they showed me and my travel companion. I am so thrilled with my results that I won't go anywhere else for any future cosmetic procedures!

I was a bit dubious about travelling for surgery at first, but the whole experience completely exceeded my expectations.

From the moment I arrived, everything was so well organised. The team arranged airport pick up and drop off, and when I even had to re-route my journey they happily accommodated the change without any issues, which made the whole process so much less stressful.

I first found Ezwell on Facebook whereby the advert was what red flags to look for when researching surgery abroad. The fact that they were willing to assess other surgeons certificates for you to ensure they were genuine, without any obligation to book with them, gained my trust.
I reached out for advice and was given a wealth of information from Ezel. I also began following Dr Polat on Instagram and got to regularly see his patients and their results. I did lots of research and couldn't find a single negative review. I took the plunge in September 2025 and booked a breast uplift with fat transfer for January 2026.
I loved the fact that it was a all inclusive package and it made the whole process more transparent. The only additional costs were my flights and lunch/dinner once in the hotel. I was also able to bring a companion at no extra cost. Ezel was very helpful with helping me find suitable flights and answering all of my silly questions. I arrived in Izmir in the evening, the driver was ready and waiting for me, the car that collected us was lovely and clean and we were taken straight to the clinic to meet Dr Polat. I did have a bit of a wobble before arriving and almost talked myself out of having the surgery, but after my consultation with Dr Polat all my nerves were put at ease and I felt confident to go ahead. We were then taken to the hospital and assisted in finding something to eat nearby before having all my previous operative tests, then settling down for the night. I was particularly pleased that my companion was also given a proper bed in my room and not just a couch or chair to sit/sleep on. We also had a ample private wet room within our room.
The next morning my companion was given breakfast while I was prepped for theatre. She was also given lunch while I was having my surgery.
Following surgery, the nurse Fatma could not do enough for me, she is very attentive and genuinely cares about every patient. Once I was able to eat again I was regularly checked on by the nursing staff within the hospital and given anti sickness medication promptly. Whenever I pressed my bell there was less than a minutes wait for someone to attend to me. Something I've never experienced in the UK.
The following day I was discharged to the nearby hotel, Ezwell kept in constant contact with me via WhatsApp and ensured I was pain free, comfortable and happy.
The aftercare I received was above and beyond anything I have ever experienced and exceeded my expectations. Having had cosmetic surgery in the UK in September 2025, the care you receive in Turkey is a million times better. You're not treated like a conveyor belt. Had I decided to have my surgery in the UK, it would have been a day case and I would have been sent home the same day, something I believe I would have genuinely struggled with. Having the care in the hospital the night following my surgery was exceptional. Knowing someone was on hand just put me completely at ease, and I was in the right place should there have been any issues.
I stayed for 6 nights in Izmir, got to see some local attractions while there. I was completely pain free throughout the process and surprisingly mobile very quickly afterwards. I returned to work as a care worker at 10 days post op, and have had no complications. I had my surgery on 13th Jan, and I'm currently 6 weeks post op. My scars around the nipple are non existent, and I can't believe how quickly I seem to have healed. I'm still adjusting to my new breasts and can't believe they belong to me. I have booked further surgery with Ezwell for May this year and can't wait to go back. I've recommended this company to everyone, its genuinely a 5 star service, the hospital is very clean and everyone is just so nice. Hi, If you are searching relentlessly for clinics and cosmetic surgery providers abroad STOP. If you are reading this then congratulations because this is where your search ends, and here is why, for 6 months I extensively researched dozens of cosmetic surgery providers, even going so far as numerous and lengthy phone consultations etc but for myself none felt quite right, many were too cheap, with their ‘package holidays’ also many coordinators were super pushy trying to win the ‘sell’ constantly calling and texting, which is always a red flag in my opinion, plus reading patient reviews there were oftentimes hidden costs and medical insurance problems etc etc, you see,for me it was never about ‘the cheapest’ or saving money, moreover it was a personal quest for excellence, accountability, transparency, competence and the ability to deliver a first class service outside of the UK whilst maintaining high standards paramounted with and unquestionably underpinned with focus on personal patient safety at all times. You can relax knowing you have Private car service to and from hotels and hospital. Personal transport to and from hotels for checkups, however we chose to walk the 12 minutes for my follow up. This company is literally amazing and I am off course qualified to say this, due to the fact I’ve been and had surgery and am now safely home in London recovering. Also peace of mind knowing you have 24 hour on call for all your needs and questions, everything Ezwell promised they 100% delivered. Always checking in on me.
The Hotel is what one expects and hopes for friendly, welcoming with large, clean, private rooms, within a 12 minute walk from Ezwell clinic, central to shops and transport. Guests needs are prioritised at all times and fluent English speaking staff. Food in the hotel is mainly traditional Turkish with a varied selection at breakfast of fruits, breads and cereals, you most definitely will not go hungry. Izmir highly values its tourism industry and this is evident as you move around. Locals are very friendly, there is a reassuring healthy police presence however our stay was a relaxing, positive one without incident.
so now it is one week after my op and I’m now at home in London recovering, pain free and most importantly in constant open 24/7 communication with my medical team.

After a recommendation from a friend that had surgery I decided to have an online consultation. It’s something that I had put off for several years but after speaking to Dr Polat I decided now was the time.

What can I say? This is the 3rd time I have used Ezwell Health tourism. This is because after the 1st experience I felt I didn't need to look anywhere else. Myself and my husband were looked after from the off, from being picked up at the airport, taken to the clinic to discuss final plans/concerns, then hospital for tests.
