Gloria Cardosa is always a great help whenever we have an order to place. Let's face it. Xstamper is the best preinked stamp on the market today. And it was when I worked there many years ago.

Shachihata is a 3rd generation family-owned company, established over 90 years ago as ink chemists and stamp pad manufacturers. The Xstamper® was born in 1964. During R & D tests and numerous experiments, the addition of salt into an experimental rubber compound resulted in the development of cellular rubber for the most durable pre-inked stamps ever made. Later, Shachihata pioneered and developed laser manufacturing for faster and better print quality. Today Xstamper® offers more than just stock and custom made stamps. They offer pre-inked daters, self-inking stamps and daters, engraved plaques and awards, name badges and non-porous pre-inked stamps for permanent markings.

Great quality products but my biggest complaint is selecting an existing ship to address in EZ Order. They are arranged in order by when the address was added so it takes a while to find the address. It would be much better if they were arranged in alphabetical order by customer name.

Great Customer Service
I like the fast responce I typically receive. I get a reply email letting me know my order is being processed so I don't have to wonder. When I have to call customer service is always helpful. The only thing I would complain about is when there is an outstanding proof it would be nice if someone would do a follow up within a week. I have had 2 times that I thought I approved something and after 3 weeks the customer is asking where it is and no one let me know I never released the order.
The product is great and the turn around time is outstanding.

Outstanding Service!
Very quick filling and shipping when orders are placed. I have had very few mistakes made in 25+ plus years of orering stamps and embossers from Shachihata and when we did find one it was taken care of quickly.
