Really excellent service, I spent a long time looking at EV cables to find the 7.5m TPU cable that I wanted and this one seemed to fit the bill. It's custom made with usual delivery indicated at 5 to 10 days I think, yet I got it the very next day with fantastic communication along the way!
So now it's delivered, tried, tested and packed away. Excellent cable, I was particularly after a TPU cable as I understood it was potentially lighter and easier to pack away and I’m not disappointed, it’s 50% longer than the original cable yet packs away easier and effectively using less space!

I ordered a 2 metre long Type 2 EV charging cable at 4:45 pm on Thursday 20th January and it arrived at 8:30 am, Saturday 22nd January. It was well packaged, arrived safe’n’sound and was of good quality. The order was acknowledged promptly and I was kept informed of progress through the system and given a delivery date and time. All very professional. Incidentally, I was not asked to write this review, I’ve done it because I wanted to give credit for the fast and proficient way my order was handled and the good quality product supplied.

I really couldn't have asked for much more:

1. The quality of my 15 metre EV cable seems good.
2. The price was competitive.
3. I asked a question about delivery speed before ordering and was promised the cable would be despatched the following day on an overnight service via DPD (with an understandable caveat about potential Christmas delays at the carrier side).
4. The cable was delivered exactly as predicted, in tiptop shape.
5. I wasn't expecting a carry case but received one gratis (thank you very much!). I don't know whether carry cases are thrown in with all cables, however the longer lengths are expensive and it will certainly help protect it and I felt it was a really nice touch.
6. Olivia kept me updated each step of the way and it was endearing (and refreshing) that the emails felt personal.

To summarise, the product, price and service were all excellent.

Yet again- exemplary customer support and after sales from this team. I really appreciate that they do everything they can to help.

Purchased a 10m EV charging cable, was delayed a couple of days but was kept informed by Mel at each step and was given a free gift due to the delay.
Once the cable was dispatched it arrived within one day.
