Slow to start a charge and a slow charger generally for the unit price
Charger took a few minutes to initiate as kept telling me it was "busy" after I plugged it into the car and wouldn't give me an option to start a charge. I persisted, but it took three attempts for the app to realise the charger was "busy" because it was actually me trying to use the thing! Fairly clunky app, and over priced unit prices for a relatively slow charger (maxed out at about 32kW). Prices match Ionity prices but Ionity provides 350kW DC chargers by comparison.

App worked to download funds, also charger in Tullamore worked very well, Applegreen charger did not work!

Very difficult to start charging
Very difficult to start charging, had to try multiple times on app before i was successful.
Also in hotel locations can be difficult to arrange disconnection of charger in time so i got excess charges.

To make sure your next session goes smoothly, here's a quick step by step on how to start a charge through the app:
1- Log in
2- Open the map
3- Search for your location
4- Select the charge point
5- Choose the connector
6- Once the app shows “Initiate Charging,” plug in the cable
Regarding overstay fees, these are in place to ensure fair access to charging spots for all drivers and are always visible before starting a session under "Show Pricing".
To avoid any unexpected charges, it's always a good idea to plan your disconnection ahead of the time limit — particularly at hotel locations where it can be a bit trickier to get back to the car in time.
If you ever need help mid-session, our 24/7 helpline is always on hand at 01 254 4456 — don't hesitate to give us a call.

Chargers not working properly in the Raddisson Red Galway which i booked as you had chargers there had to move my car to a different hotel where your chargers worked (Galmont) However i was charged 18 euro per night parking here when my own hotel was free really disappointed
