The best online training platform I have dealt with.
Anyone can use this from young to old with no experience.
It has the easiest but most effective training I have seen, even an old girl like me can understand it.
They provide the most supportive community I have dealt with.
These guys also keep up to date with the current socials, amending the training in opposed to other platforms being so outdated.
