We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Extra Mile Movers Ltd. Our moving date changed several times, and throughout the whole back-and-forth they were incredibly patient, understanding, and reassuring. I also really love their story—a group of friends who decided to build something great together—and you can genuinely feel that team spirit in the way they work.

When moving day finally arrived, the team were absolutely fantastic. Ultra professional, careful with all of our belongings, and so friendly throughout. Unfortunately for them, our house completion only went through just before the cut-off time, meaning they had no choice but to wait around… yet they did so without a single complaint. Their good attitude made a stressful day so much easier for us.

We were so appreciative of everything they did that we made sure to give them all a well-earned tip. Truly the best moving service we’ve ever used. Highly recommended!

We recently moved from Cambridgeshire to North Wales, and the EMM team couldn’t have made it easier. Communication was smooth from the outset, and the whole process felt well-organised and hassle-free. The team worked incredibly hard over two full days - they didn’t stop - and were unfailingly polite, friendly, and genuinely lovely to have around. Nothing was too much trouble, and they were super-efficient. Excellent value for money, too. We’ve already recommended EMM to family and friends, and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. A brilliant service all round.

Lovely group of young men! They were incredibly quick and efficient at packing everything into the van. Incredibly thorough, nothing was left behind. Overall a very good moving experience and would definitely recommend them.

Cannot emphasise enough how great Extra Mile were. They moved us with good humour and kindness in scorching heat, going above and beyond to make life easier for us. They put up bookshelves and made beds, ran huge numbers of books up and downstairs with complaints, and tried their best to give us a hand with a plumbing issue adding stress before we left our old house, just to help out. Massively appreciated them all, and couldn't be happier with their support.

Would highly recommend this company. Out of the quotes I got. They were the best. Definitely value for money. Great care was taken unloading and loading with my furniture. They were funny, helpful and extremely hardworking!!! The move went so smoothly .

I would not hesitate to recommend EMM to anyone who wants a stress free move. From initial contact to moving day they were numerous changes of plan as chains fell through but nothing was too much trouble for the lads even though it was an exceptionally hot and long day.

They are a brilliant team who make an impossible task look like a walk in the park. Every member of the team was polite and friendly and all worked extremely hard and in total harmony throughout our two day packing and moving. I really can't speak highly enough of every single one of them. The whole operation was carried out with super efficiency and good humour, despite the heat and the amount of our stuff that had to be packed and shifted. The whole experience that could have been a night mare was made bearable by their amazing work ethic. It was also extremely good value as far as cost and we have even had a return visit for the empty boxes to be removed which is also brilliant (and guys i hate to say it but we still have more !) So Thank you EMM for an amazing job done with exempliary efficiency

Very helpful young men, flexible with last minute changes, no complaints when we were late to turn up at the other end, extremely careful with our things and generally cheerful - they seemed positively to enjoy the job!

Absolutely 1st class service, nothing was too much trouble, treated our home and furnishings with respect and worked like trojans over 2 very hot days.

I honestly couldn't recommend these guys enough! From the beginning of our house move in November 2024, Mason was primed and ready to go.

Due to issues with our chain, we didn't actually complete until the first week of June and Mason made sure that they were available for us regardless.

The packing service we asked them to do was carried out flawlessly without a single item being damaged thanks to careful wrapping of breakable objects, excellent packing skills and clear care being taken whilst loading/unloading the boxes in to the vans.

On top of everything though, it absolutely has to be said that every single one of the lads working for EMM are down to earth, easy to get on with and just generally really nice people - all whilst maintaining the professionalism you require when you are undertaking what is easily the most stressful thing you can do, moving house.

What can I say about these guys? Determined, enthusiastic, and an absolute pleasure to deal with! We had a very large move and it was no challenge for these fellas. What a fantastic company, they moved my wife and I last week and they were truly excellent. Mason, Morgan, Bradley and Lewis were brilliant, very polite very professional and nothing was too much trouble. Great price and no hidden extras, really cannot recommend them enough. Thanks again guys.

This is the second time I have used Extra Mile Movers. First when my Shipment arrived from the US, and they move half into a container near Dis and then the rest went to my House in Marham Park. The three guys were wonderful and moved the house stuff into the rooms as specified.Then almost 9 months later they brought rest of the contents of the container and moved that into the converted garage and moved some stuff from the house there as well.
Both times excellent polite service.
