Very poor customer service
They sent me wrong colour of watch then came back to me saying there did not. One watch had white writing in it the one I wanted had green. Told them I wasn't happy wanted refund and have sent 3 emails no replies, very let down. I wouldn't recamend at all.

Excellent Service
Bought my Seiko watch, and there were much problems with the dutch mail, Postnl. They did not leave me a note when they tried to deliver it so I was not aware of it. So after a couple of weeks it was send back to GB. In the meantime Christopher did everything to locate it.
The second time he send it to me i received it within 4 days, and it really looks great for a very good price! I am very happy.
Thanks again Christopher for your excellent service, I will really recommend you to everybody!!

Late arrival
Nice watch, good price, well packed. However, it was ordered on a Friday morning and only arrived on the Tuesday, so hardly next-day delivery. I was beginning to think it had ‘evaporated’ en route from Suffolk to Lincolnshire. Since you offer free postage, nobody can complain at a three-day turnover, but if you are promoting next-day delivery as a selling point you should be able to deliver.
Still, you’re a newish company offering interesting watches, and this WIS wishes you all well for the future :-)

Excellent Value with Excellent Service!
I had to change my address on my delivery and nothing was too much trouble for Express Watches. I am an avid watch collector and I will happily shop here again. Also the delivery is as advertised – Next day.

I ordered a Seiko Men's Premier Kinetic Watch through ExpressWatches because they had the watch at the cheapest price I could find. Received it within 2 days. Beautiful watch at a great price with great service from express watches. Will recommend and use them again

The watch I required was out of stock and I was kept in the picture regarding delivery - it was in the run up to Christmas so understandable. Delivery was immediate once the watch became available - the price was very good.

The product arrived poorly wrapped from a private address with a US dollar price tag. It therefore appears to be a grey import not originally destined for the UK market. This may explain the price which was competitive but should be pointed out by the vendor.

You have been supplied next day a watch at a fraction of the RRP. Please be sure of your facts before potentially damaging the reputation of a small family business trying to compete with the "big boys."
