It's dishonest
It's dishonest. I have paid for express delivery then to find out that it's only applying on mon-friday. But they have charged and the shoes arrived after 3 day's. I have tried to receive a refund for the express delivery but they did not want to hear about that. So be careful.

We wish customers would leave a fair and reflective review of there purchase as if we are wrong which we can be we would hold our hands up and say sorry but such reviews as this have to be defended as follows.
1. We are most certainly not dishonest and to make such allegations could be considered dishonest in itself.
2. Our delivery times are shown on our website and through the purchase process on a number of occasions before you buy
3. If you dont like those delivery times then you should not go through with the purchase
4. The business is closed over weekends and your order was placed at 4pm on a Saturday therefore it is not despatched until a Monday again clearly stated on our website and it was delivered on the Tuesday (next working day delivery)
Why leave a review which is untrue and false which can be damaging to the business.
No need to be careful here - we are probably one of the most honest, up front and transparent businesses on line and i think our genuine reviews back this up.
