The item you purchased was a Bench sweatshirt originally priced at £54.99, which you received for £13.97 as part of a promotional offer, including free delivery. We believe this represents very strong value.
As outlined in our returns policy, customers are responsible for return postage costs if an item is unsuitable. While we understand this can be frustrating, offering both free delivery and free returns on heavily discounted items would unfortunately not be sustainable for us as a business.
We always aim to be transparent with our pricing and policies, and we’re happy to assist if you have any questions before purchasing to help avoid any disappointment.

Shoes took over a week to arrive, not easy slip on as I thought they were supposed to be. They do fit, but not as comfortable as I would like.

Sorry the shoes didnt quite match what you were expecting, however we would just like to point out the following regarding the delivery time. The reason these shoes in particular took longer than expected was that they are kept at a different warehouse and have to be called into us, this generally takes longer to process. We do state any shoes which fall within this delivery status on our website as
" This item is only available for 5-7 Working Day delivery"
hence the reason it did take longer.
