This company is unethical and dishonest. We purchased a refurbished refrigerator that stopped working after 3 days. It was taken back for repair and returned weeks later and it did not work. After having unpleasant calls with the manager, Michelle, she reluctantly agreed on a return. On the return, she is attempting to charge for fraudulent items, such as removing the doors for delivery to our home, which is incorrect and untrue. She is attempting to charge for multiple delivery charges and for additional repair visits, which is unethical. DO NOT trust this company, they will not meet their promises and clearly make money off mischarging clients and then avoiding them.

Very poor decision to use this company
Very poor decision to use this company, misdiagnosis of the problem, said it was fixed, but when I checked later that day the fridge was warm and freezer as well, on a return visit they met me there, and said it’s working, I opened the fridge and it’s warm again and the freezer had water inside, they said they had replaced control board, I paid to have another company come by and they didn’t think they replaced anything it looked old

Dishwasher Repair Scam
I called to have them come out and repair the dishwasher. They came out and said they had to order a part. Received an invoice by text that showed the part was 59.00 and labour was $99. The technician asked for a payment of $77.63 during that visit. He came back the next day to install the part. When he left he took with him the level legs for the dishwasher (it is now lower by 2" inches from below the cupboard) and took the screws for the kickplate and just leaned the kickplate against the dishwasher. When he wash leaving for the payment of $104.22. He was paid each time before he left.
When we discovered what had happened we called to ask for the level legs and screws back.
We were then told that we had to pay an outstanding balance on the invoice. Suddenly the part was $150. and there was more labour costs.
On top of all that the dishwasher still has the same problem. He made sure to tell us that he would come back to fix the dishwasher if there was a problem with the part but that if it was a different problem it would cost us more.
This entire situation has felt like a scam from the beginning.
DO NOT EVER TRUST THIS COMPANY.

We phoned them about a non-functioning wine fridge
We phoned them about a non-functioning wine fridge. The brand being unusual … Avantgarde. They market that they deal with these “specialties”. The repairman took it apart but said they’d have to take it away and it would cost $1400. I paid the bill for the call and I’ve been hounded about that and they keep calling to sell me a refurbished wine fridge. I suspect they haul your away and then either overcharge for the repair, don’t return your item or try to sell you one they might have taken from someone else. STAY AWAY.

The technician Vlad was courteous and obviously very experienced. He spotted the problem with my fridge almost immediately. It took him no time at all to fix it and gave me pointers going forward. I highly recommend this company.

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. I called Express Repair to fix my dishwasher, but the issue was never resolved. The technician seemed unsure of the diagnosis and was even searching online for repair ideas during the service call. I was advised to replace expensive parts without a clear explanation or proof that they were faulty.
Despite the dishwasher not being repaired, I was still charged and later told the fee was for a "diagnostic service." When I disputed the charge, the matter was referred to a collection agency.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Consumers deserve competent diagnosis, transparent pricing, and effective repair service.
