No problems with this service but it would have been easier if I could have ordered the malaria tablets for both myself and my wife at the same time instead of making out 2 separate orders. A bit of a waste of time - also 2 postage and packing charges and 2 delivery envelopes.

I needed quite a large number of malaria tabs for am extended trip and using express pharmacy saved me a significant amount. I've taken the same meds before so felt confident to order without the face to face consultation. All in all am excellent service.

I paid an extra £7.00 for 24 hour delivery, and i waited a week for the delivery to come. After many telephone calls to UK Mail, in which they told me it would be delivered the following day, eventually the told me they didnt know where my parcel was and they had to do a full search for it. Express Pharmacy were not to blame but you should look at your courier service, very unhelpful and unco-operative with my enquiries.

It's not how a company deals with straightforward orders but how it deals with problems that makes the difference. Express Pharmacy managed to offer competitive prices, deliver extremely promptly...and go that extra mile to make an excellent customer service.
It is always with a degree of trepidation that one uses a company for the first time however I would happily use them again.
I attempted to order medication for my husband and me but could only place one order before it was submitted. An email for help provided me both with a very reasonable explanation for this and the solution - and the offer to combine the two orders to save on postage costs.
A tiny hitch saw the first order dispatched so promptly that the second order could not be sent with it, but the latter arrived the next day, and at no extra cost for postage.

We had a lot of confusion with whether we needed a prescription for Malaria tablets. This company just required us to fill in a brief questionaire and the tablets were delivered shortly afterwards. The price was very competetive and the postage was also very reasonable. Would definately use again.

I work away regularly ,When I ring my GP there is often at least a weeks wait for an appointment , I had taken the medication I ordered from Express Pharmacy before so I wasn't worried about ordering the wrong thing ,It was delivered the next day as promised.
