Counterfeit
I've been using Xenical for a while now and know how they work, the batch I purchased from Express Pharmacy just didn't do the job and makes me think they may be counterfeit, shame thought they reputable. I've clicked on one star because it won't let leave no stars

We do not supply fake, or counterfeit medication. To do so is not only a crime, but dangerous to our customers.
We have been a community pharmacy since 1995 and have only ever supplied licensed medication. Our primary supplier of medication is Alliance Healthcare, the same company that own Boots.
If you have a complaint regarding the medication itself, please contact us. Alternatively, you can contact the drug manufacturer (in this case Roche) and ask to speak to their Quality Assurance team. Please quote the batch number of the medication you were supplied.
Please contact us should you wish to discuss the matter further. We would be happy to outline how we acquire our medication, the safety controls that we adhere by and the careful checking that we do of every single item of medication that we dispense.

No hassle, easy to use service.
This service seemed too good to be true, but it was easy and saved the embarrasment of talking face to face with your doctor over awkward issues. The only thing I would say is that they do charge over the odds, but I guess it's the price you pay for a discreet service.
