Quick and Efficient
I was able to zip in and zip out. Rico was the attendant who diagnosed my issue and got it done on the spot. When it was time to leave, he made sure I had a bottle of water for the road. Good people, great service.

This place was awesome
This place was awesome! My grandson and I were on our way down from Michigan for vacation and my car started making a loud creaking noise whenever I turned. I was so worried my stomach was in a knot. I pulled in without an appointment and they managed to get me in that day. They checked it out and made sure it would be safe to drive back home. They said it was power steering rack and would need to be fixed as soon as I got home but, it made me feel so much better knowing. Thanks again to Dave and Billy. That was the best customer service I’ve had in a long time.

Nail in tire on a business trip
During a business trip, our rental car picked up a nail in the tire, and we found ourselves stuck far from home. Brandon Milstead went above and beyond to help us through the entire process. His patience, professionalism, and willingness to help made a stressful situation so much easier. I would absolutely recommend the Freeport, Florida location.

The worst case of discrimination
The worst case of discrimination! Cory told me my engine blew then offered me $500 for my truck, got a rental car and started looking for an engine. Went back 3 days later and tried starting it and it fired right up, although it didn’t stay started it started. They didn’t actually look at it because it’s an old work truck and I’m black so Steven talked to me as if I couldn’t pay for it. Kevin was super nice and apologized because they didn’t even pull the truck in when they told me the engine was blown. So Kevin had them do an actual diagnostic on the truck and it turns out that the engine is blown. I’ve been working with them for 3 weeks meanwhile paying for a rental. I found the engine and called to see if they ordered it yet and found out that they fired Kevin and no one called me about my truck. I’ve never heard of a mechanic not wanting to take my money. Steven wouldn’t give me a price, instead talked to me like I couldn’t afford it. I then called corporate and then Steven called to tell me that they don’t feel comfortable doing work for me because there’s rust… rust that they didn’t see 3 weeks ago! Bs! And John Barchert the regional manager was just as rude.
