I could not be happier with the service…
I could not be happier with the service provided. They consistently go above and beyond. We recently had work done on our truck where they continued to prove why they deserve our business. Nothing is ever above their ability to handle it. I'm thankful for always knowing I'm dealing with people I can trust that work hard for us.

Leaking tire
On March 13, I stopped at the Tifton, GA Express Oil Change with a tire that was leaking. Haley was very professional and friendly. She was able to fix the leak quickly and I was back on the road within 30 minutes. Thanks very much. Your service is very much appreciated.

Over charged for repair
Went in to have my rear rotors and disk brakes replaced on Sept 23. 2025 to the Eva st. , Montgomery , TX was charged $800.68 for the cost. Today it is 6 months later and the same problem is going on with the car since January. I believe I was over charged at this location for this repair. I will not be going back to this location for service.

Excellent Customer Service from Kelvin!
I stopped by recently but didn’t end up getting an oil change. However, I still wanted to leave a review because the customer service stood out. I spoke with Kelvin, and he was absolutely awesome! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel pressured. It’s rare to come across that kind of genuine service. Based on my experience with him alone, I’d definitely feel comfortable coming back in the future.

Dangerously Piss Poor Service and lack of effort
Brought my Kia Soul over to have exhaust system welded to close off Dangerous and potentially deadly exhaust fumes from where Hiram location Express Oil Change had replaced my Catalytic Converter but were unable to get the part to seat correctly and they didn’t have the equipment to to weld it. After determining where the exhaust leak was they called the S. Cobb drive store on Friday 3-13-26 and asked would they weld it. They said yes but would be busy until next Friday 3- 20-26 but I could have it there at 0800 they would get me in and out. When I pulled up at 757 a.m. they didn’t know anything about it but would take care of me. After a 30 minute wait I was told it was ready . I asked if welded and mechanic said no he had repositioned the converter and it was no longer leaking exhaust. I asked if he had smoke tested it and he said no but it wasn’t leaking now . I asked how he knew and he said it’s just not. I told him I was very unhappy and would he leak test it with smoke and he said no. I live nearly 30 miles away and had to fight morning traffic after waiting a week for this particular store to complete my work meanwhile breathing Toxic fumes all week . This is unacceptable on several different levels and represents Piss Poor Customer Service and lack of effort.
