10 minutes…I think not!
I went to the Express Oil Change in Hampton Cove today. My husband and I were there at the same time in different stalls. He finished about 30 minutes before me. The guy behind me was in the third stall and finished about 30 minutes before me. I was there well over an hour for a 10 minute oil change! The manager came out on my husband’s urging to check. I ask if mine was free since I had waited so long. He said they could stop and not put oil in my car. He never apologized. I have never waited that long. Time to find another oil change.
