Made an appointment and very disappointed.
Made an appointment, easy enough. Apparently that appointment made on the website isn't sent to the store OR this store on Woodward Crossing / Mall of Georgia doesn't pay attention to them as when I pulled up, they had no information about an appointment. They asked what I was there for and got the ball rolling. Within minutes, a young guy comes out an says they can't do the oil change as they do not have the filter but they can go ahead an do the tire rotation. I asked when they could get the filter and was told 20 minutes, so I suggested they get the tires done and when the filter gets there, do that. Efficient right ?
I verified that they had my phone number and went to the store next door. One hour after my arrival the car had not been moved from the oil change bay. I asked what was going on and they said they were about to do the tires and they are still waiting on the filter. I told them we were done and with NO APOLOGIES for the delay, wasting my time, not having the equipment on hand for an appointment, nada. They gave me my car and I left. I would never return as these guys apparently have ZERO customer service skills and just refuse business. I do not want to find out about their automotive repair skills as while I was waiting there was a lady that stated this was taking too long as she had an appointment to get to and she didn't know why they took the wheels off her car.
