I've ordered several times and the rep I work with has always been incredibly responsive. The prices are competitive and the product is as expected when it arrives. They usually forget to send me tracking info for my order but it ships so quickly compared to our previous vendor that I don't notice.

The service from the salesperson was good. It was quick on all ends. The only downside is that the impressed logo in the USB easily got scratched off.

The product and pricing are excellent. Company will ship to multiple locations for same order and has a facility in China as well as the US. The follow up to provide requested tracking for shipments could be improved. One of the 3 shipments was late by 1 day.

Speedy with Great Results
I needed USBs delivered ASAP and they were able to provide me with all the necessary products and speedy delivery time. Within days the USBs arrived and were flawless. The different usb and colour options was very beneficial.
