Unprofessional and unorganized customer service
Really unprofessional organization with poor service quality and values, where the network is offline which is in just 1 day after new connection and no one has the problem-solving attitude. Within 1st week of connection there was LOS (loss of service), by that you can understand Ethernet Express network quality and when I raised the issue with CS and the local connection guys never visited, there was still no resolution provided, only lots of false promises. Guess what I am still waiting for resolution. Worst experience among all the internet connections I had till now. #EthernetXpress
