I’ve just been retained with my first case through Expert Institute. The entire process was seamlessly professional. I worked with Ben who made sure I was informed every step on the way. Scheduling the Zoom meeting with reminders and the recommended Expert Checklist after I was retained was good reading. It verified what I was already doing but it was good to review the Expert standards. In summary I feel Expert IQ cares that I am successful!

Definitely 5 stars! Sometimes words just aren’t enough to describe how awesome an experience can be. Very knowledgeable and willing to help once they have secured your connection with the law firm.

Recently, in one case, I only found out about an attorney conference call by accidently signing into my acccount. Another recent case, I had a call, the attorney retained me, but I got no confirmation from your representative.
Sometimes the case synopsis are not accurate. Sometimes its not stated that its a defense case, not plaintiff.

Overall though, glad to be working with you

I find the E.I. to be straightforward in their approach to connecting experts with clients seeking experts. No hidden fees or interference with the process after making the connection. The E.I. website and dashboard that they provide to the expert and their guidance provided at no cost is a major plus and extremely helpful is getting setup. The ongoing informational emails from the Expert Insider are full of useful and educational information.
