ExpatEaze Interpretation & Translation Omdömen

I am truly grateful to Khaled Alaswad for his support during my appointment with the Agentur für Arbeit. He is an exceptional person—understanding, helpful, and genuinely kind. Even the Employment Agency appreciated his efforts. I highly recommend Khaled for his sincere and dedicated assistance. And helped by removing the language barrier between an employment Agency and myself. Thank you once Again

Quick, timely and reliable service. Overall had a great experience. Those moving to Berlin should consider expateaze service.

I had a really positive experience with Khaled. He accompanied me to my second Agentur für Arbeit appointment, which had been being cancelled and changed last minute by Agentur für Arbeit. Khaled was incredibly understanding and flexible, quickly adjusting our booking to the new date they offered.

On the day of the appointment, he was punctual, calm, and very supportive. He gave me helpful guidance on how to approach the meeting, and after everything was done, he even assisted me with a few extra topics that went beyond what I had originally booked him for.

Thank you, Khaled — I genuinely appreciate your help.

Friendly, Helpful, Supportive, Empathetic and Knowledgeable.

I had a great experience with Khaled from ExpatEaze Interpretation and Translation. He supported me during an important appointment at the Agentur für Arbeit and provided clear, accurate, and calm translation throughout. From our first call to the actual appointment, he was professional, friendly, and very reassuring. His communication skills and customer service were outstanding and made the whole process much easier. I’m truly grateful for his help and highly recommend him to anyone needing interpretation support in Germany.

A friend referred me to ExpatEaze and Khaled was right on time for my PR appointment and assisted me with English/German interpretation since I wasn't fluent in German language.

Thanks Khaled for your support. I look forward to engaging your services again in future when necessary.

I enquired about assistance through ExpatEaze very last minute. Khaled was very prompt and replying and reassuring me he could help which immediately made me feel better. This included a call within 24hours to discuss and check over necessary documents, reminder texts on the day, and printing all my documents. While Khaled couldn’t join me at my appointment he went above and beyond to ensure his colleague Sophie could. Sophie was so warm, kind, and stress-free which made the appointment easy and enjoyable.

I successfully received my visa and know it wouldn’t have been half as easy without your help - thanks Khaled and Sophie!!☺️

I had a fantastic and helpful experience with Khaled as an interpreter for my registration with Agentur für Arbeit. He was very friendly and patient with me, and he helped me navigate the hurdles in areas I was unfamiliar with. He is very professional and I highly recommend his service.

Khaled assisted me with my registration at the Agentur für Arbeit and acted as my interpreter during the visit. He was very professional, friendly, and always acted in my best interest. Bureaucracy in Berlin usually causes me a lot of stress due to my language barrier, but Khaled’s support made the whole process so much easier and far less overwhelming.

Excellent and professional

I had a great experience with Khaled. He assisted me with a conversation with a Lawyer for a very sensitive topic, and he was not only punctual, but also gave some general information about the topic I needed to deal with, and offered to have some of the documents for my case printed. I'm working with him again tomorrow, and definitely recommend his services!

Khaled was punctual, professional, and easy to work with. He not only translated but also provided clear guidance throughout our conversations, ensuring I fully understood the context. He was friendly, patient, and went above and beyond to support me in areas I was unfamiliar with. His help made a big difference, and I’d gladly recommend ExpatEaze Interpretation & Translation to anyone in need of his services.

Khaled was incredibly helpful during my first and second meetings at the Agentur für Arbeit. Not only did he translate the conversation but he explained in detail the processes at play and what to expect from these meetings both before and after the appointments. He spent a long time with me during the first appointment in particular, to help with a technical issue I experienced. I highly recommend his service!

I had a fantastic experience with Khaled from ExpatEaze while navigating the German bureaucracy, especially with the Agentur für Arbeit. Khaled was extremely professional, responsive, and truly understood the challenges that non-German speakers face. He helped me prepare all the necessary documents and guided me through every step with patience and clarity. Thanks to his support, I was able to submit everything correctly and on time — stress-free!

Highly recommend their service to anyone needing help with employment-related paperwork in Germany. A real lifesaver!

I had a fantastic experience with ExpatEaze today, thanks to Khaleed! Khaled was outstanding. He set me at ease right away, answered all my questions before the meeting, accompanied me to my meeting and provided post meeting advice and recommendations. I can’t thank you enough Khaled! Happy to support a great person doing stressful work for non-German speakers.

I had a terrific experience working with Khaled. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient, and friendly. As any foreigner can attest, navigating German bureaucracy with limited German can be stressful—but Khaled made the process feel effortless. I highly recommend him and his team, and I will definitely reach out to him again in the future.

I am a very anxious autistic person and navigating the bureaucracy in Germany has always been very tough for me until I started working with Khaled. He is not just an interpreter, he is kind and knowledgeable, guiding you with documentation as well. Sometimes it’s not just an interpretation service, it saves lives for people like myself. I greatly appreciate his help and will continue to use his services.

Khaled helped me register at the Agentur fur Arbeit and acted as an interpreter during my visit. He was very professional, friendly and acted in my interest on the highest level. He explained my next steps and all the options I have. I can’t recommend his service enough!
