No nonsense, upfront service
Applied to a few and this was the only upfront, honest one of many. They only needed as advertised, all the others wanted excessive documents and time, a few took weeks after funding through Expanse was complete to even reply despite saying it's fast and easy.
I look forward to many years and projects with them.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We want to clarify that the lien was placed only after a breach of contract due to a failure to pay under the terms of our agreement. It was not intended to interrupt negotiations, but rather to protect our position once payment obligations were not met.
That said, we truly understand that life can bring unexpected surprises at any time, and those situations can make it genuinely impossible to pay as planned. We don’t take that lightly. We aim to be as understanding and flexible as we reasonably can be, and we encourage anyone facing hardship to communicate with us early so we can explore possible options together.
