We had a great tour leader, Michele. We went on some wonderful walks, met nice fellow travelers, enjoyed good food, went places we could never have found on our own.

Whirlwind of an adventure
Elisa took us on a tour of the UNESCO sites around Sicily. What fun! We had a great group, got to ruins and beaches and city walks. We got an education on the culture of Sicily… and it was delightful.

This was a truly lovely walking holiday…
This was a truly lovely walking holiday in beautiful countryside. Our guide Mike was outstanding and really took care of us. His local knowledge of the countryside was second to none.
The staff at the cortijo looked after us very well every day and the food was great.
Just a couple of small negatives which contribute to a 4 star score rather than 5 star:
There were a few plumbing issues at the cortijo, though these were quickly sorted. The holiday was classed as level 2 and when we booked the guidelines were 4-6 miles walking per day. 3 out of the 5 walks were over this. It didn't turn out to be a problem for us, but we were a little nervous before embarking upon the trip.

Walking in the Picos de Europa
Walking in the Picos de Europa has been an ambition since riding past 20+ years ago. Our guide made the trip memorable and a lot of fun, mixing the activities to suit the weather when necessary. We had a great group, lovely hotel and a brilliant time.

Just finished my 5th Exodus hiking trip. I can't recommend them highly enough, especially as a solo traveller. If you want to a friends hiking trip with like minded people where everything is organised well for you then give it a go! - I did the Picos D'Europa hiking this time round but Everest, Mount Kenya, Bosnia and Kilimanjaro equally good...

Hiking in Spain
I just returned from Spain with Exodus. The trip and guide were amazing! The airport transfer was nice and easy. The hotel was nice and clean with delicious food. It was amazing local and fresh food. All the hikes had stunning views and were the right amount of challenging. The guide had to modify the itinerary due to weather and the alternative routes were just as fun. Our guide was friendly fun and very knowledgeable. He even recommended restaurants and activities for after our tour ended. The experience was so nice and stress free.

Good advisor
Your advisor Anna asked alot of questions regarding what we wanted, information you required and that we could book flights later when they became available. Advised us about the weather for different months of the year.

The language used for this simple…
The language used for this simple process was unclear. For example I interpreted the Lead Passenger as the person in our group of walkers who had organised the trip. Why would I call myself a Lead passenger - what did it mean? This took time to work out. I now remember being equally confused last year.
There was quite a short time to commit and pay a deposit for a trip which is a year away. I was out of the country with limited wifi when this arrived and was a day late over the deadline booking. Appreciate need to be efficient but this seemed slightly Stalinist and was a stress which a 10 day or 2 week window would avoid, without conceding to the disorganised customer.
Great to have the trip details and fun reading and as usual the contact details and reassurance about how to get in Touch with your named organiser was welcome
