Friendly staff and cleaned the house thoroughly. Very good service

We Booked a clean with Exit Cleaners this week and paid $595.00
We were informed a team of cleaners would turn up yet only 1 person arrived late.

Just after he arrived we started receiving calls from there call centre wanting over $1500 extra for various cleaning tasks that didn’t need doing.
The Apartment happens to be in the best building in Sydney & they saw it as a cash grab.

Several hours went by with these Sharks ringing me demanding extra money & me saying no to each of there demands for extra money.
I was not at the property at the time.

It was only after I threatened to call security he left without doing a thing.

I then received an email saying I will only be charged $200.

I have been in business a long time.

These people had not intention of cleaning the property for the agreed fee.

It was simply a cash Grab.

In this instance they were unsuccessful.

I cannot imagine what has occurred with more vulnerable people.

Would not recommend. Extremely poor quality, response, and result. I paid $725 for a 1 bedroom, non-carpeted, ground floor apartment. Despite booking weeks in advance, the team called to reschedule the booked time from morning to the afternoon as they could no longer accommodate their agreed arrival time as they had another job to do at that time (why their poor time management is my issue, I don't know). I agreed and took the day off work to accommodate their new arrival time. 45 minutes before they were due to arrive, they called and tried to change the DAY booked. Instead of in 45 minutes time on the Monday, they wanted to change it to Wednesday. I told them that no, they could not, I needed it done Monday because I was handing the keys over on Thursday and I had taken the day off from work for them. They arrived 45 minutes later as arranged. Upon leaving, I received a call to tell me that they needed MORE money (further $176) to properly clean the balcony that was already included in the original quote. I agreed to this but expressed my frustration that this was already $200 more expensive than other companies and I was deeply disappointed in this. No apology was made. I then reviewed the cleaning job the following evening after work and found 22 issues with their clean. The floors, window frames, blinds, bathroom cabinet, external windows, and balcony power points were still covered in dirt. A kitchen power point was cracked. The blinds had black marks on them that weren't there previously. They also had dirty water marks staining the blinds that weren't there previously. It was 22 dot points worth of issues. 4 full emails of photographic proof. I brought this to their attention and they said they'd look into it. 2 DAYS LATER, I still hadn't heard back. By this time I'd had to clean the place myself so I could hand the keys back to the real estate agent in time. It took them 3-5 business days to get back to me only to give me THEIR availabilities for a re-clean. No asking whether I could accommodate this. I told them I couldn't get a reclean because I was no longer in possession of the property. I told them I wanted a refund. They flatly refused as it was against policy. I'm pretty sure doing a poor job is against their policy but apparently that's acceptable and a refund is not. I told them again that the real estate agent has already got possession and I wanted a refund. They refused again and offered only a re-clean that was next available 10 days after the initial clean. They then closed the issue saying there was nothing they could do for me. Such poor customer service, quality of the job, and complaint resolution. Not even an offer of $100 off, credit, or anything. Very very poor. I've told all my friends never to use this service. I've since disputed this with my bank. The hold that they put on my card was for a job done as quoted. If I was asked if I would approve this after the job, I never would've paid $905 for a 1 bedroom apartment barely cleaned.

120 mins to clean 1 bathroom, there's no evidence that they even looked at anything else and 30 mins for before and after photos. They have a THING for bathrooms. If you're into that, these people are for you. If you want a clean house, avoid them.

I was extremely pleased and impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail of the team. They took time to check and explain each step and left my place sparkling.

I used Exit Cleaners for the cleaning of a property that I was putting up for sale. They were on time, professional, cleaned the property from top to bottom, including shampoo of the carpets. A job very well done and I recommend them for your cleaning needs

Do not use this company. The service that they provided for my family was disgusting. I booked in a move in clean so that the house we just purchased would be ready for my family to move in. The cleaners barely touched anything in the house, there was insect poo and old food still splashed around the kitchen. There was mould left surrounding the vanities and in the shower recess. The window tracks were left full of dust and dead flies. We paid extra for the fans to be cleaned, they were still covered in dust. We paid extra for the laundry and dishwasher to be cleaned, and they weren't even looked at, and this is just barely a few of the examples of things not cleaned.
When bringing this to the company's attention, the representative was standoffish and accusative.
I will never use this company again and suggest you don't either.
I am even annoyed that I couldn't give them less than 1 star.

Between Tenants, Clean.
VERY thorough clean, of a rental property, between tenants. The staff have done an excellent job of getting the place ready for new tenants, after 5 years of previous tenancy.
Everything is sparkling and clean, and the whole place smells lovley and fresh .
Also, excellent communication , at all times, from the office
Staff, checking requirements, to the cleaning staff, who communicated findings, progress, and sent photos of the finished job.
All done , at competitive rates, with an added small reduction- bonus for a first booking.
I am well satisfied with the work and ethics of this company , and I am happy to recommend them

Was a great service

I paid $730 for a move-out clean on a 3-bedroom house with one toilet, including nine blinds and nine fly screens. Only two workers were sent, they arrived late, and the job wasn’t finished by the agreed time — even though I had informed them my landlord would arrive at 6 PM for the final inspection.

Rather than focusing on the booked service, the team contacted me during the job to “reassess” and quoted an extra $400 to wash some marked walls — despite not having completed the tasks already included in the price.

For the amount I paid, I expected a high standard of service. Unfortunately, the experience felt rushed and poorly managed. By comparison, I later hired two independent cleaners for my new home at $50/hour. They worked longer, were more thorough, and charged just $400 in total.

I chose this company based on its strong reviews, but my experience was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend them based on what I received.

Update (12 July 2025):
After posting my original review, I received a strongly worded email from the company director threatening legal action unless I removed it. Shortly after, my review disappeared from my account without explanation. I’m reposting it here with an update.

I’ve since reviewed my call logs and text messages, which confirm my experience — including no reply between 1:51 PM and 2:27 PM, a reassessment call at 3:11 PM for an empty house, and only two cleaners on-site throughout. The third cleaner didn’t arrive until 6:53 PM — well past the scheduled finish time.

This review contains no personal attacks or offensive language. Everything I’ve written reflects my genuine experience, supported by records. I’m disappointed by the company’s response and stand by my right to share honest feedback.

Exit Cleaners provided and Entry Clean and Exit Clean for me and were incredible! Very profressional, outstanding service from beginning to end. Team Kazi and Team Ahmed were very helpful.

Cleaners worked with good attention to detail and in a timely manner. The landlord was very happy with end of lease clean. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience from Exit Cleaners for my move-in clean. Ritesh did an excellent job and stayed back to finish off some tough jobs. Would definitely hire Ritesh and Exit Cleaners again.

The cleaners did an excellent job with my end of lease clean. I received my bond back in full & the real estate commented on how clean the house was. They communicated well all the way along. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needed an end of lease cleaning service. Also I got a few quotes when choosing my cleaners & this company was cheaper than others.

Terrible experience, time wasted and now need to find someone to come out and do what Exit Cleaners were meant to do but didnt.

They sent unskilled cleaners and despite taking the time to discuss via phone and also do a walk through before cleaning, they completely failed to even meet a basic clean let alone do the extra items I was willing to pay for. soo many areas were not even touched.

One of the cleaners raised their voice when I highlighted the incomplete items and the poorly cleaned items. Visible dust, dirt, bugs was evident.
The office are being unapologetic and gaslighting. This company is completely unprofessional and enabling their deceitful and unskilled cleaners to behave this way.
Exit Cleaners insist on credit card upfront and despite knowing there were huge issues with the clean and that it was incomplete, they did the quick money grab.
The bank has been notified.
A complaint will be lodged with the Department of Fair Trading as I believe the errors were not errors.

I now have to waste more time sourcing a professional and skilled company to. Come and clean everything Exit cleaners failed to clean and to go over the bad job they did do.
The cleaner admitted his deep clean of the toilet involved wiping the top only.

Carefully research other reviews on google as others have reviewed similar to my experience.
