I bought a Marcy Diamond Elite Smith Machine. It was bought a few a years ago and is still working great. I have been extremely impressed with the equipment and the customer support when asking questions about the machine. Recently, I needed a spare part for the machine. They were very quick to assist and sort out the issue even though the machine was out of warranty. These guys are great.

I have only just acquired a Marcy exercise bike but I did have an immediate question. This was answered impressively promptly and helpfully by the service department

Great customer service. Had an issue with a cable in my multi gym within 2 emails Bradley has sorted a new cable to be sent to me. Excellent after purchase care, wasn’t expecting to get such a quick and easy solution!!!

Ordered a punch bag stand that had some damage on part of the frame, looked like it had been dropped in transit. Bradley in Customer Solutions has promised to send out a replacement part immediately. Really brilliant customer service, which is often a worry when buying over internet. Fully recommend this company.

Bought 2 different marcy machines for the website. The payment went straight through very easy. The items arrived before they expected date. I got a phone call the day before they arrived to make sure someone was in. Very pleased. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for good quality gym equipment.

After reading some of reviews I was sceptical of placing a order.. especially as I was spending a lot of money on a smith machine.
I can honestly say the service was excellent...from start to finish . I enquired of product and reply was quick... the item was delivered within 7 days. The delivery company phoned to make sure date and time was good.. they brought item to my location on property. The smith machine is fantastic.. instructions straight forward and I am over the moon.. I fully reccomend this company on my experience snd will certainly use them again..

After ordering an expensive product and confirmed via email that I would still be recieving the item due to shipping problems on their end, I spent a significant amount of money buying materials for a home gym. A week later they are now out of stock and cancelled my order. Fantastic.

Placed an order in the first lock down and was initially happy with the service, however, I received the wrong item and so returned it and I have still not received the refund, over 6 months later, despite several emails being sent!! Not happy!!

Ordered weight bench on 21st November, received shipping email 23rd November and arrived at my door 24th November - even though on the website it said it would not be dispatched until 30th November. Obviously very impressed! Would recommend and use again. Thank you!

Fabulous service! Ordered my rebounder on Wednesday and it arrived today! Within two days. Wasn’t expecting my order to be dispatched for another week! So this was a lovely surprise. Had messages and updates from DPD yesterday and today so I didn’t miss my delivery and my order arrived safe and intact. Can’t wait to set it up now and give it a go. was hesistant to order from this company given the bad reviews but they had the multi-gym I was after in stock with estimated delivery in 7 days whereas Amazon said 1-2 months so I decided to risk it. Now either I got incredibly lucky or all the issues from earlier in the year must be sorted because it arrived 5 days later, with no issue at all.

Corona is no excuse for the issues they had but I do think they've fixed them now

Website was easy to navigate, item was in stock and arrived exactly as described. Free delivery was much faster than the original date given, and was via DPD which was very reassuring in terms of being able to track it. Great service, thank you!

Based on the lockdown reviews I was slightly nervous, but I was also reassured by the detailed responses to negative reviews, and the fact that the business were clearly coming out the other side of a tough lockdown. My faith has been rewarded, all three items delivered today, miles ahead of schedule. Having already hung the punchbag and had a quick go with gloves and hand straps (Everlast), I’m happy with initial product quality too. Order with confidence.

This company unknowingly came to the rescue after another company let us down big time! We placed the order and was expecting it to come in 10days, it arrived in 4. Great service and the equipment is fantastic. Will definitely use them again.

The power of a bad review. After placing the bad review below 16 weeks after numerous emails and still not receiving my refund I received an email the very next day and a phone call to say they were very sorry and a few excuses as to why I had not been refunded and that they would refund the money straight away also that it would take 3 to 4 days to show on my card. 4 days later the money was refunded.
Order placed 20/03/20 was still showing as not complete on 21/03/20 so order was cancelled. After numerous emails had confirmation of refund but no refund. In the end I said I would contact my credit card to gain my money back and received email to say that was probably best. 21/07/20 still no refund. Also be aware part of Puretecfitness

I ordered from this company as I had read so many good reviews but I guess I’m one of the unlucky ones. Purchased a Marcy SM400 during lockdown received the order and as I was finding it hard to find weight plates requested a return package still unopened and not used or assembled wrote into customer service got a reply asking why so I responded and they sent me an email offering me 30kg of free weights which then became 40kg not to return the order I agreed about 3 weeks later get an email ups with delivery date of the free weights then on the same day in the evening another ups email stating delivery cancelled called excercise.co.uk they said in the email cancelled as no stock but can redeliver end of August then a day later a new email saying they will send me instead of the weights a kettle ball and gloves which was not the agreement so I declined and asked for the refund again as they had gone against their word since then all I have had from them is emails saying they won’t be giving me nothing as promised and the return is invalid have asked for a call but no one does and I’m getting vague emails with little or no further information so unfortunately have passed onto trading standards to see where I stand.

After spending lockdown on the settee we needed something to get us moving, without leaving the house! Looking on the Exercise.co.uk we saw the Marcy Onyx Cross Trainer. We contacted the business via there website to enquire about stock (as it was showing as sold out). We were told delivery was expected within 2 weeks. Ordering was easy & delivery was quick. Assembly was a family affair!! It was easy and only took about half an hour.
Using the Cross Trainer is simple & the large visual display makes it easy to monitor your progress. Multiple programmes enable us to have different targets, from easy to extremely difficult. Whilst on the Cross Trainer it is quiet enough to watch TV or listen to music (which I use as a distraction) without having to turn the volume up.
All in all, a machine perfect for all the family.
Superb service, considering the unprecedented situation we are in at the moment. In our opinion 5 stars doesn't do this service justice. Thank you ~ will definitely be using you again.
