I especially liked the hands on courses where they were actively demonstrating how to complete tasks.

Once again ES Tech was 24 hours loaded with amazing speakers, great content and lots of Take-Aways for my everyday's work.

Each presenter was outstanding in their content delivery. Topics were relevant and "now". Executive Support Media always provides excellent Online Conferences that flow well and run well. Thank you.

They got back to me in a reasonable amount of time and solved my issue.

One of the best Trainings to stay on top of the technological evolution of the EA job and how to use Tech to support you in your job (and what it's limitations are)

I was not a fan of the new platform at all. The auto-start videos every time you clicked back to the dashboard or main stage were annoying. I found the tech tables tab to be confusing. I had no audio or video and it was not immediately obvious you had to drag your icon into a circle. That wasted considerable time. I also didn't care for how the chat features were separated.

I've noticed that instead of 48 hrs of content, it seems to have been reduced to a little over 24 hours and due to time zones, over half of the sessions are in the middle of the night or early morning for me. This reduced time frame has limited the amount of networking I am able to do compared to previous years.

The few sessions I was able to attend live during work hours did not have very engaging speakers. The content is there, but I'm not a fan of monotone, dry presentations or those that read off of slides entirely.

I'm still a great supporter of ES conferences, but felt the need to be honest that this one was incredibly disappointing.

The timing for EST Zone did not populated to allow me to view the event live as I desired. Timing was confusing and frustrating that made for a poor experience.

It was difficult to see some of the sessions as there seemed to be technical difficulties. It is also quite exceptional to have so many sessions mentioning personal image and brand, only to have the host not have a full set of teeth.

ES Tech 2024 was everything! It was professional, engaging, fun, and educational from beginning to end. It can be challenging delivering a world class experience both virtually and in-person. But, Lucy Brazier and her dynamic team did a stellar job in providing space to learn, network, and build relations. I am grateful and honored to have been able to participate.

Interesting sessions, and very well organized!

The ES Global 2024 conference was incredibly well organised and ran like clockwork.
I was super impressed by the sheer number of amazingly talented speakers who brought a wealth of experience to their presentations, and were very happy to share hints & tips to help all Assistants to become the best they can be.
The RingCentral platform that the presentations were shared on was very interactive with the stage, chat, Q&A, networking and bookings areas all very easy to use & move between.
Looking forward to re-watching the presentations to pick up even more hint & tips to take back to our internal PA Network members.

The topics were not the same but overlapped and all pertained to the work of an admin.

ES Global 2024 was an fantastic event, showcasing a wide variety of speakers, on a variety of relevant career topics for Administrative Professionals. The logistics of attending this online event, were wonderfully executed, easy to follow, and highly engaging. I would absolutely recommend this to any Administrative Professional seeking a unique L&D opportunity.

I enjoyed the presentations and speakers. I am looking forward to watching the second day's presentations...I'm in the U.S. so will watch those as recordings.
I am new to the administrative role—my first career was in marketing and public relations, my second career was as a full-time Mom, and now admin is my third career. I would love to see some very practical presentations for those who are brand new to the field: tech tips (like EA How To on Youtube), what not to do as an admin., gatekeeping, building trust, etc.

Excellent event! I was able to take something away from each speaker and I truly appreciate the fact that I can now watch the sessions I missed because of my time zone. Executive Support Media excels at putting together the best sessions for anyone, anywhere - love that!

Inspirerend, eye-openers, goede docente

The training was super interesting and Lucy is a great and inspiring speaker.

In my opinion it was a good mix of listening/theoretical parts and interactive sessions/workgroup sessions in small teams.
In particular, I found the second day had very useful (practical) tips for our daily business as assistants. I think it would be good to have even more practical tips on calendar management, administrative tasks etc. and instead shorten a bit the “theoretical” part.

But in the end it was a really good training and I am happy that I participated.

I really enjoyed the training and Lucy. The first day was very theoretical and basic, and I didn't see much about the modern age and how we can get a vision of how to deal with change in the future. The second day had those parts. I would have liked more time on new ideas and utilizing the upcoming changes and less time on the project management group work (I understood why) and the balance part, which I was very interested in.
All in all, I enjoyed the training and it inspired me on things I need and want to improve, and I would have liked more vision and ideas on how our work will change and how we can deal with the changes. In my opinion, the training would be more suitable for less experienced assistants who can take a lot from this training. I hope that I will get the chance to take part in another training course with Lucy.
