This training provided an excellent entry point into the world of AI. The content was clear, the delivery was supportive, and the environment was inclusive. For someone with no prior experience and some initial hesitation, it was the perfect foundation. I now feel equipped and motivated to apply what I’ve learned.

Each year the ES Global event is better and better. This company has great articles, learnings and network connections for anyone in a support role!

The content is excellent, truly insightful. The organisation of the sessions was very good. The only gripe I would have is that the days, though intense, were too short and some content was glossed over.
We did receive all materials after the event, however, more time for discussion would have been very welcome.
Overall, a wonderful experience that I would highly recommend.

The interviews were good and interesting. I had dinner breake during 2 session and slept during 8 (night). I will recover those session later, and review it all. I found the session about salaries very interesting and the one about what recruiters really want like "inside information". Strategic business partnership related to the work of EAs to land.
Matching what EA do with KPIs - something to think over. Are all KPI:s adaptable or will it keep us busy counting/evaluating?
Corinne's overview of AI tools was very exiting. Unstoppable Becky - very brave! Laura - good and energetic!
- It is easier to listening to those who keep a steady pace than a slow talker. Still I appreciate clear prononciation since English is not my native language. I Look forward to the ES Tech in September!

This training is every year reinvegorating me, and letting me feel that my role is important to the organisation. I come out totally bursted and proud of what I can achieve.
The timing is a bit a challenge, I know there are people from all over the world but remaining concentrated at midnight or early morning is not exactly my cup of tea.
What I appreciate is that there are trainers who know their audience and they go right to the point. Your time is valued.
Great to have those take with you (papers).
Even 6 years to the pension I know I need to do trainings, to be on the wave and not to lose anything.
I really hope my manager will appreciate what I do and even if he doesn't it's a big + for me. I can be proud of what I achieve and what I do to BE PREPARED.

Lucy and her team have provided yet another brilliant ES Global virtual conference - thank you. A huge thank you to all of the speakers too, they were so relevant, inspiring, interesting, motivating and generous with their content. So much information was put out over 24 hours, including the opportunity to speak to most of the trainers via a live Q&A session.

I recently took part in the Modern Day Assistant course and it has given me so much inspiration! This course gave me new insights and tools that perfectly match the demands of our time. I found the focus on the latest technologies and tools particularly refreshing and indispensable for the future.

Lucy has many valuable insights and is an incredibly accessible and pleasant trainer. She radiates a pleasant energy, which makes you feel at ease straight away. It was wonderful to experience two inspiring days together with a group of like-minded assistants, at a great location in the heart of London.

In short: highly recommended for every assistant who wants to continue to develop themselves and get to work with renewed energy! I really needed this boost to feel completely at home again in my role as an assistant.

I attended the MDA course in Sydney, and it was fantastic, it was the first EA course ive done that ive actually walked away from feeling equipped with tools and inspired about where the admin professionals role is heading. Lucy is a great facilitator and id highly recommend this course to any admin professionals wanting to take their role to the next level.

Really enjoyed the lesson and Lucy was a great trainer. Received a lot of valuable insights and pointers that I can put it to use. I wish I had know about this course earlier.
