Can I just say this service was amazing from start to finish arrived with plenty of time for photos and the kids to enjoy fantastic driver didn’t rush us about even a little extra touch he did for me so many people said the camper van looked amazing I would highly recommend this service for your wedding day they go above and beyond for you x

I know this review is late, but as they say better late than never. I would advise you to learn from my mistake and please don't use this company. Looking back at reviews from 2021 I can see my complaints are the same as others, that the owner ignored me for months, even blocked my number, all because he couldn't give me a car for the day I had postponed my wedding to (due to covid) he basically took my money then ignored me, I lost £225 and i was left with no car only a few weeks before my wedding and I'm sure you all agree weddings are stressful and busy enough without this added issue. At one point I got family and friends to contact him and he picked up straight away, then when he found out it was myself he changed his attitude straight away and repeatedly yelled at me down the phone saying I had cancelled, but as I mentioned I did not, I postponed. I have also noticed that as soon as a review like this is posted, either the same day or a day or 2 later he gets his friends to write a good review for him....interesting!

Me and my wife got married a few days ago and used exclusive wedding cars. We used 2 cars and a campervan to travel to our wedding venue. Both the cars and campervan were beautiful. All 3 drivers were great with us all. They even waited until the ceremony was finished, so we could have professional photos with the cars/campervan. Thanks Steve and team.

Had a great experience for our wedding transport. We got the splitscreen camper and absolutely loved Lola it was fantastic and such a great way to arrive in style.

We were let down last minute by a different provider and Steve sorted us out at extremely short notice. We absolutely loved it and the driver was dead canny too. Would definitely recommend to anyone who was looking for stylish and reliable transport!

I'm sure when there are no issues, things are great, and I'm genuinely happy for those people. However, when there's an issue, EWCs professionalism goes out of the window. You'll be blown away at the aggressive, sarcastic responses that you'd expect from a moody teenager.

Me and my husband were married Just a few days ago. We booked a VW campervan from exclusive wedding cars. Steve was really friendly and really helpful. On the morning of my wedding my venue experienced a power cut and was severely damaged due to the storm and at a few hours notice our wedding venue had to be changed . I Informed Steve as soon as I found out . Steve was really accommadating and nothing was a problem to him.Thank you for a lovely service and for being so lovely from The Carrolls xxx

Steve at exclusive wedding cars provided a fantastic professional service, and wonderful cars for my daughters wedding despite a number of date changes due to Covid.
Steve was helpful at all times and went out of his way to accommodate us.
I would highly recommend.

Fantastic service from start to finish, nothing was ever a bother, so relaxed which is what you need when organising a wedding, you have enough stress. We hired Livi the VW split screen campervan. It was perfect in every way x

This company give us such a special time on our wedding day, not only how beautiful/ prestige the cars are, but the service that comes with it too. Our wedding was complete with these cars. They arrived on time and made sure everyone was happy, even the bridesmaids. Thank you very much for an amazing day, in style.

Stole £500 of my daughters money would not refund any of it to her as she so stupidly trusted this company and paid the amount in full she had to cancel due to a family death and this was done A year ahead of the set date.

Excellent service. The cars and Steven were amazing.

Solicitor involved for aggressive responses. Steven ignored and avoided issues. Responses are immature uncooperative and unprofessional. Company still holding stolen money. DONT BELIEVE THEIR LIES.

I've used this Steve for many occasions now, Steve has never let me down i all the bookings I have sent him, anyone wanting to book id highly recommend him 5 stars all they way!

I had to change my wedding date due covid restrictions and not known what was going to happen. The ceo of the company refused to answer if he would be able to commit to the new date and also refused to answer if I could have a copy of the contract. These 2 questions I have been asking for a few months and still waiting for a response. Also we have already paid for the cars and the service. Now with less than 10 weeks before the big day is unclear if we will have cars or not with months of time wasted on asking same 2 questions. Definitely would not recommend as very unprofessional. Me and my partner have given you every opportunity to respond and confirm that you are able to provide the cars to the point where we instructed lawyers to see if a resolution could be reached and all that received was a refusal to commit to the date and aggressive and unprofessional responses. I confirmed on numerous occasions i wanted to resolve it amicably but you the owner refused to respond in an appropriate manner. I never canceled I had to postpone. Unfortunately it had to be twice because of covid restrictions. I am still willing to try and work this out but unfortunately your not as you have blanked my messages and also blocked my number at 1 point. you have messed our wedding day up because now we may have no cars.

Cars are exquisite service is 5 star would recommend to anyone who is getting married or who wants the perfect car to arrive in style

I got married July this year in one of Steven’s camper vans and I was amazed on the service He gave from the go ahead to been dropped off at the church, what a great day he made it . Top bloke 🙂

A Extremely friendly local business. Steven did the cars for my wedding 3weeks ago and I could not of asked for anything better. Steven went up and above any exptations I had. The car made some really beautiful photo opatunities.
I would definitely recommend Steven and his business to any bride to be or any young people going to a prom.
