I had French doors installed at the rear of my property by Exclusive Glazing, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The installation team, Ash and Charlie, did a great job—professional, efficient, and with great attention to detail. What I really appreciated was that they covered everything up before starting the install and didn’t ask me to move a thing. I was able to just leave them to it, and they got the job done perfectly.

I was also dealing with Ray and Stephen throughout the process, and their customer service was top-notch—friendly, responsive, and extremely helpful.

The whole experience was seamless from start to finish, and the finished product has completely transformed my space. I would highly recommend Exclusive Glazing to anyone looking for quality workmanship and outstanding service.

Just had Exclusive Glazing fit my double glazing and they were absolutely brilliant. They turned up on time for the start of the job. I couldn't believe how fast and efficient they were I opened the door for them and just started to lay dust sheets everywhere upstairs where they were starting, and within no time they'd removed my old windows upstairs. This speed and efficiency went on all day,by the end of the day they'd fitted all 4 windows upstairs and the kitchen window and toilet window downstairs. Which only left the next day was only the patio door and front door to fit and that went great on the Friday as well. I can't praise this company enough they fast efficient and hard working people 10 out of 10. Thank you so much Exclusive Glazing 👍

The installers were punctual, tidy, polite and professional.
The product is good and the house is much improved both aesthetically and in terms of sound and heat insulation.

Absolutely fantastic, so glad I did it, can’t thank Aiden and Lawrence enough for their meticulous and incredibly neat and tidy work. They worked like trojans and it’s all better than I could have hoped for. And thanks so much to Joe also who fitted the restricter. I had a replacement front door and 3 windows. Jake and his Dad did an amazing job with the fascia’s, soffets and drainpipes etc, and were lovely happy guys, perfection and also wonderfully neat and tidy workers. Communication with office could have been better but I am otherwise a very happy customer. Thank you Exclusive Glazing, I am already recommending to friends and family.

We had our windows installed on the 21st July 2025. Adrian and Lawrence was ours fitters they done an impeccable job. All our neighbours have complimented their work. They were very tidy and took care of our belongings and cleaned up after I would definitely use them again in the future.

I had my windows and doors replaced by Exclusive Glazing Ltd last month at Selsdon (June 23rd 2025 - June 24th 2025), and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the initial consultation to final installation, the team was professional, punctual, and genuinely invested in getting the job done to a high standard. Aiden and Lawrence were fantastic—skilled, courteous, and tidy throughout. The quality of the fit and finish has genuinely elevated the look and feel of my home. Update following on from response from Exclusive Glazing.
Odd that you would mention this issue was rectified at no cost to myself. It was because of an unsafe installation that this needed to be re-done so you could hardly have billed me for it.
Anyway, all sorted now.

Exclusive Glazing installed our windows in the last year or so and had no issues with their work. This month however, during renovation works in our house, it was discovered that they did not install the necessary support on our downstairs bay window. The jacking pole was sitting directly on the UPVC sill instead of being supported by the brickwork. This improper installation could have compromised the integrity of the window and could have resulted in long term damage had this not been discovered.
Granted, the Company were very quick to respond and investigate and within a week, had sent out installers to re-install correctly.
You should be aware that if you have bay windows, and you use this Company, you ensure they are installing correctly.
I contacted the owner on two occasions to request compensation for the inconvenience but more importantly, for the fact that the structure of our house could have been damaged. He has ignored both my requests for this.

Just everything great. Easy to deal with at the quote stage and the actually installation was excellent. It was a whole large house and I couldn’t fault them.

They were very patient with us whilst we waited for confirmation of a moving date. Checked in with us occasionally to see how things were progressing and if we were ready for a quote. There was no pressure at all.
All the staff we’ve spoken to have been helpful, polite and professional.
The windows look great and I am really happy with the service overall.

Good communication throughout the process, no pressure visit initially, Ash and Charlie who fitted 2 patio doors, a large window and front door in less that two days were friendly, happy to answer all my questions and left everything clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

Joe and Josh have just fitted my windows and did an excellent job. They were both professional, friendly and helpful. I have a very old moggie and they were prepared to work around her so she was not too stressed. Will definitely recommend the company to all friends and acquaintances. Five stars to all.

The installers both Aiden/Lawrence were excellent during installation today the 14th of June 2025. The only downside was the cancellation on the 9th of June 2025, the same day for installation without a good reason. Otherwise, excellent from the start to finish.
