A bmw went in the back of my kia picanto,i had my brother with learning difficulties in age 74 and with health problems ,you have been great with us since and i cant thank u enough conner has phoned me every wk asking how we are and keeping me updated on how things are going on

I can not advise how badly I feel I’ve been treated by EHS and hastingswho my policy is with , 6 weeks ago my neighbour reversed into my car while
I was at home watching tv, and not in the vehicle, my policy is with Hastings and I contacted them to start the claim, I was advised that we were both with hasting I would be outsourced to EHS as it would be in my interest ,
The car was written of as a cat B , within a couple of days, and I was quickly contacted by the assessor and a value agreed within a week of it happening
Since then I have been passed back and to and am still awaiting my pay out , The advisor at EHS who’s been dealing with my claim is telling me he’s getting the run about from Hastings and that, not contacting him back, It has now been 6 weeks and I am no further along that I was due to am accident that I had no fault in , and to make matters worse the party who hit me has had there car repaired and it’s been back outside there house for the last 3 weeks
And it’s meant to have been in my best interest to be with EHS
The only reason for the 1 star is it won’t allow me to post a review with no stars

Exclusive Hire Solutions have been fantastic. They kept ringing to update me on my claim. They're patient and explain things clearly and caring about you and your claim and getting it sorted for you. I'm very impressed.
