Totally flexible and empathetic at all times. Find a problem - solve it seems to have been order of the day from top of the shop to ground roots. My problems took years to solve but Excel workd at them at all times.

Excel were recommended to me by my lawyer and I was so pleased with the service. Jamie talked me through the whole process, kept me afloat of rates as they were extremely volatile through the period I needed to complete the transfer. Just 1 week prior the euro rate plumetted from 1.2 to 1.14! Timing was crucial to ensure I got the right amount of Euros for the sterling I had available. It was a sensitive situation and Jamie made the experience smoother and easier during very uncertain times and even a little fun along the way. A great experience.
