Terrible experience with Exceed. Bought pair of trainers with next day delivery. Received tracking from DPD but they never got a parcel. Nothing sent. No way of contacting the company through the website (it says fill in the form but there isn't one). Sent a message via Instagram and Indeed. Order was refunded. No apology, no explanation. No customer service at all. Don't bother with this company.

Absolutely terrible experience with Exceed Footwear. Communication is completely nonexistent — emails are ignored and there is no way to get a proper response from anyone.

My item was rejected at the door and sent back via DPD on the 27th of March, and since then I’ve been left in the dark. I’m still waiting for them to even confirm receipt so they can process my full refund. It’s unacceptable.

To make matters worse, when I try calling, I don’t even reach Exceed Footwear — Harvey Nichols answers instead, which just adds to the confusion and frustration.

This level of service is shocking. No updates, no replies, no accountability. If someone could finally get in contact with me ASAP, that would be the bare minimum at this point.

No contact details work, phone number is wrong and no contact forms on the website. Returned item using the address on the website, and I now can't get in contact.

I bought some QC trainers from exceed footwear Ltd.
First time customer had no issues trainers were £140 online got them for £110 from exceed so not a bad deal.
My only concern was the box turned up with no paperwork inside, so I could imagine it would be tricky if I wanted to return, but there is no need as a trainers are in perfect condition.

Ordered twice and both times orders cancelled, items in stock but cancelled without explanation. Won’t be trying again.

Don't understand why this company has bad reviews i ordered a jacket yesterday and iv received it today absolutely spot on service 👌

It's been 2 wks and they claim to have fast service. I've tried calling, the # can't be completed, I've emailed several times and no one is getting back to me. Where are my shoes??

Quick shipping, ordered and arrived next day at 10am. Would reccomend.

Scam company don’t use fake number texts you saying on way t shirt never arrived. Money taken from account. SCAM COMPANY

I’ve been shopping here for about two years, and I can confidently say it’s been a fantastic experience! The service provided by Joe, Terry, and David is exceptional; they always go above and beyond to make every interaction feel personalised and welcoming.

I also love the events they host, which truly bring the community together. It's a wonderful way to connect with new people and enjoy some great activities. Highly recommend this place for both the excellent service and the vibrant community spirit!

I have to say, this family owned retail store is absolutely top notch. David, Joe & Terry who own the shop go well over above and beyond. They truly care about their customers. The store has a welcoming vibe and you can really feel the family atmosphere. These boys have going for over a decade now. I have been shopping here since day 1. This really shows the dedication/commitment. In this day and age it really is rare to see especially in the retail business. Not too sure what these 1 star reviews are tbh. If you really have any doubt in this store just please go make a visit to the shop before judging. If you can’t make it in then go visit them on social media. Rest assured you’ll be in safe hands.

Bought a represent blue flannel shirt from these guys via their online store, was apprehensive based off of a few reviews on here around things not being shipped but bought it Tuesday 22nd of October, it was dispatched Wednesday 23rd October and tracking details issued for Royal Mail next day delivery! So far so good and would shop with these guys again.

Shirt arrived 11m 24th October! Exactly what I asked for! Great quality! 100% will buy from these guys again.

Purchased my son a hoodie from the Glasgow store on line and went to collect it from the store .
Was really impressed with the store ultra modern immaculately clean with a vibrant atmosphere.
The staff could not have been friendlier ,the store assistant who sorted my order turned out to be one of the owners David a great guy .
Beaufiful cloths and trainers very competitively priced , friendly helpful staff and fantastic service .
