I recently purchased two products from goodtime medical. An exam table and a pediatric scale. I decided to get them because their designs are unique. After seeing what I got in real life, I confirmed my first impression, they’re great products and look so good in my office. The sales representative, Susan, was more than helpful.

Exam Table - Start to Finish
Very good customer service! I wanted to make a change after I sent the order and they were very accomodating. They were good to notify me when delivery was to be expected. Online ordering was user friendly. The Fed Ex was kind, helpful and went out of his way to help us get the exam table as close as possible to the door. And we really do like our new exam table! Thank you!

We would like you to be happy with your exam table and will send you the color you intended to order. The order did not specify black so it was assumed you wanted it as pictured with the grey pad.
There were issues with the order twice…
There were issues with the order twice but they were quick to respond and took care of them no questions asked. Accidents can happen and I'm happy that I worked with Goodtime to order these. Would purchase with them for any future needs and recommend them highly.

Excellent Table
I absolutely love the Goodtime Medical exam table! It is absolutely beautiful and exceeded expectation. It is high quality! I love that I was able to customize it to make it my own. Susan, with Goodtime Medical was lovely to work with. She responded quickly to any questions or concerns I had. I will definitely purchase another table through this company in the future.
