No product received yet; suspicious charges on credit card (from early in the purchasing process); verification from the company non-existent. I probably should have run away when I got the first clues. We'll see. I will gladly update if they actually come through. Likewise, I found multiple shell sites upon doing research - several in Florida and the email originated in Lithuania ( not that that is necessarily a problem on its own. BE WARNED.

Problems with order process which led to duplicates order and payment. Had to cancel my card to stop some of the payment. Still refused to cancel some of order. Items was not as advertised. Poor quality, not interactive but battery driven. Impossible to activate the promised return. Don’t get encouraged to buy Wuffy from this company!

It's a scam! Don't order, you will receive absolutely nothing!

If I could leave a 0 I would. Ordered may last year and guess what??? Still havent recieved anything endless emails that just get ignored. How dies it feel to rip off an autistic child??. Scammers.

I am absolutely furious with this company! Two dresses I bought for my wedding day and they never arrived! I demanded a tracking number and information and updates on my order but they never ever sent me them! The replies were repetitive all the time saying the same thing over and over! I’ve since told them I will be taking legal action if they don’t refund me. It’s a disgrace a company would do this!!! A company I put my trust in and spent big money on! Never again! Save yourself the headache and stress ladies! Stay away!!!

Jeg købte 2 usb streaming keys fra dem.
De sendte mig 2 andre varer, som der overhovedet ikke var det jeg havde bestilt.
De er så frække, at de påstår, at de har sendt den rigtige varer.
Men det er nu løgn, jeg har billede af den varer jeg bestilte og det ligner overhovet ikke den varer jeg modtager.
For det andet, er butikken åbenbart i Kina, de vil ha jeg sender den retur på min bekostning, selvom de har lavet en fejl.

Shocking!!!! AVOID at all costs. Looked to be a UK based website and website said delivery 3 days. I ordered a dress, was sent a tracking number and at that point i realised it was a Chinese based factory, and my item could not be tracked. I emailed them three times, they replied to say there was delay! I ordered it on 10th February still waiting, tracking number not valid, they send the same email response that it is delayed and will be on its way! Shocking customer service. If the item ever arrives i suspect it wont be worth the £56 spent!!!

Received a completely wrong product. The label mentioned 2 items, but I did not receive both, and the main product itself was incorrect. Very disappointing experience. Please be careful before ordering.

Wrong size, no 3 inch height increase, no customer service

Paid $100 for a product I never got. Emailed and they said it was coming soon, emailed again and never heard back. Emailed again and got a return to sender.

Placed my order June 19, 2025. Got the receipt and a notification order was being prepared. Received a Shopify notice of the order. However by December 2025, nothing was shipped. I tried to contact the vendor. No reply. So I initiated a charge-back with my credit card company. I got my money back but this is a scam company. Please avoid purchasing anything on Facebook. Too many scammers!

Ordered in May 2035 and still nothing. A few emails between customer service and myself but once I asked for a refund I heard nothing back. Absolutely awful

the company is removing orders possibly because they may be bankrupt, their youtube and instragram pages are inactive and their website is down, if you want an evora koala then you can use ebay, vinted or anything else.

I had a terrible experience with Evora Paris. I received an entirely different product from what was advertised and ordered. To make matters worse, the item delivered was defective and is a cheap local product easily available in the market for around ₹400.
I know this because I have personally bought the same product earlier from the local market. Shockingly, Evora charged me ₹1,380 INR for this inferior item, which clearly feels like misrepresentation and overpricing.
This is highly unprofessional and misleading. Customers expect to receive what is shown on the website, not a low-quality substitute

Pathetic brand..not even a brand o must say..I received a wrong local product and after many conversations via mail they neither refunded me nor replaced it...
Evoraparis brand is a big fraud ..they should be banned and their website should be blocked.
Please do not buy any product feom them..they are bif time corrupt.
