I absolutely love evolveyou app. I have been using it for over 4 years, there is nothing better out there. You get to choose programme you want based on your goals and preferred trainer. On demand workouts are great if you want to mix it up a little bit. Dietary plan is so handy when you want to stay consistent and eat healthy, I don't think any other app offers that. I followed Kissy on Instagram since 2018 when she was recording workouts from her living room. It's really great to see how far she has gone and what is she doing for the community. Can't recommend this enough, it's the best app and value for money.

I got EvolveYou because I was getting back in the gym after a long hiatus and needed to just have a plan every day. And it definitely provides that and the timers and the interface were good. HOWEVER, there are two main issues I have.

1) there are little programming issues that are easy to solve since it's one line of code that are scattered throughout the app. Videos and texts will be cut off on the screen and there are typos everywhere. I get that it's kind of a new app but these are small things. Other technical issues are the audio and exercise videos not working.

2) It seems as though they're just getting influencer trainer to join. There are program workouts with no warm ups or stretches or workouts with biomechanically inefficient exercises. Breaks the trust a bit.

Evolve you has the BEST customers service, they even kindly and Supportively answer your DMS. I can tell there so dedicated and passionate about all of their brands and all that they do.

Worst I’ve ever experienced in my life. Instead of apologizing and attempting to make things right, keep relationships and customers, they choose to pick fights instead.

Great workouts, meal prep ideas and many more suggestions for general knowledge about the female body in relation to working out.
The trainers are great and also the community is very supportive.
It’s just getting better and better.
The price is also very reasonable.

I love this app! Never have I been more consistent with my exercises, and it’s so amazing to have options for days I’m feeling really energized and for days I need something more centering.

The fabric of the clothings are quality. Buttery soft and amazing. Love it.

The search engine to change the workout needs improvement. I could search "cable" but none of the cable workouts will show up. I could search "Lat" and they will not show ip. Other than that, the app is great. The search engine just needs to be better

Amazing app! I love the variety of programs and trainers - you can choose the one that fits you the most as each of them has a different style of training!

Recipes are also good for inspo if you have no idea what to meal prep and they are really easy to make!

This helps me stay consistent, holds me accountable to progress and takes all thinking out of my workouts. I can already tell the difference in my form and progress!

I love this App. I'm doing at home workouts and they are easy to follow, with descriptions of each exercise. I've become so much fitter and stronger than i ever thought i would at 57. Don't be put off if you are older, everyone i see doing this on socials are young and gorgeous but we can all do it. There are recipes and all sorts of advice and a very supportive community.
I would like to see some workouts for menopausal women...that don't include Burpees....my nemesis.
I'm on week 27 of a 28 week programme and looking forward my next challenge. I recommen this to all my colleagues and friends
