Been the most positive experience we could have asked for. They were friendly, approachable and was very good with my child. The staff were above and beyond for us and we are so grateful to them.

Absolute waste of time. They advertise jobs that don't exist. People who interview clearly have a profound lack of subject knowledge. It seems likely to me that they advertise jobs that they don't actually have to get the company publicity.

We had our son assessed via evolve and they couldn't have been more helpful and understanding. Communication was clear from the beginning of our journey and plenty time given during our feedback session to ask any questions we had surrounding the outcome. I would highly recommend this service to others in a similar position to ours.

Excellent, the lady who assessed my daughter was fantastic with her came out to greet us and immediately got down to my daughters level introduced herself my daughter who was extremely nervous holding my hand tightly I felt her instantly relax, the lady who I had the video call with was very understanding and empathic, both ladies were incredibly knowledgeable in their areas, I was expecting a 2 year wait for assessment but 6 months in got a call for the assessment, the lady said I would hear back in 4-6 weeks a week later I had an email to say the decision has been made and that a week later I’d have a video call with the conclusion on my daughters assessment, they offer lots of support and guidance great service will definitely recommend thankyou evolve

Such a great experience, evolve have been fantastic with my son, they made us feel calm and welcomed on our assessment. Hannah was amazing my son felt relaxed in her presence and was able to be himself. They are quick to answer any questions and offer support even after a diagnosis is made.

What an outstanding service this company provides. Recently had a diagnosis for my son from start to finish we’ve had nothing but support and compassion shown. Kirsty has to be the most down to earth, empathetic person I’ve ever spoke too, she really is someone who just ‘gets it’. We travelled 5 hours down south to Exeter for our assessment and again the staff were just great, so patient.

I was really impressed with Evolve, we were referred by our GP using the Right to Choose for my daughter to be assessed for ADHD. They were really good with my daughter and us as parents offering support. The psychologist was friendly, informative and answered any questions we had.

I had heard good things about Evolve before I got referred, and the service I experienced was excellent. The communication with parents and my child was great- timely and clear. They also let you know what to expect at every stage so that expectations are clear.
The practitioners were friendly, patient and thorough. Rebecca was in charge of our case, and I can't thank her enough for the support and care. She took a detailed history, explained what will happen next and related well with my child. All these were done in a timely manner as well, and appointments kept to time. The venue for the face to face appointment was user friendly- good location, child friendly rooms, private waiting area for parents with clean facilities.
We were given advice on how to support my son going forwards. I will recommend this service to anyone who wants excellent quality care.

The Evolve team was absolutely fantastic—thoughtful, thorough, and genuinely caring. We had undergone a previous assessment with another company and were concerned with how that process was handled, but Evolve was the complete opposite. They ensured they had all the necessary information to make a well-considered assessment and proactively sought additional details when needed. They were careful and deliberate in making decisions based on facts, which gave us a lot of confidence in their recommendations.

Evolve were great to deal with, was a little wait of a year after forms had been completed before we got an assessment but that’s understandable. Once we got an assessment the team were great with my son and myself very patient and understanding. We have had our feedback appointment and now awaiting our report. We were kept well informed along the way on where we were with the process.
