Absolutely appalling customer service. I expressed serious interest in a vehicle and was told it was available. The Sales Adviser Harry whatsapped me with all the details of the PX deal he was going to agree. I agreed all the terms with him on the vehicle (11.15am this morning) and wanted to pay the £500 reservation fee which I knew was non refundable - but the car was just what I wanted and I was going to travel and collect it the following week. At the point when I was going to reserve, this is when I was absolutely shocked and disgustingly treated. Harry had made me aware that a customer was coming in at 11.30am for a second look but had NOT reserved the car and he was keen for ME to reserve it. When I rang him to give him my card details at 11.15am he told me the card machines were not working and that the whole system needed a reboot and he would call me back. 30
Minutes later he had not and I whatsapped him to say that I hoped he was not stringing me a line and selling it to someone else as I had agreed to reserve it first. He said that was not the case and he would call me when his card machine had rebooted ( which was at 36% done). Heard nothing and then he rang me about 20 minutes later to tell me he had sold the car from under me to the couple who had come in AFTER I had agreed to buy it. Sales Manager Shane rang me and tripped himself up many times on his facts and was blaming Harry for not telling me at 09.30am in the morning that I would have to wait to see if these other people wanted it- which I am doubtful of. At the same time he also told me it was “First come first serve “ basis - so surely the first to put down a reservation fee is the first served. I was ready to do that before, according to Harry, these people had even returned to the showroom . Disgusting behaviour and even worse the Sales Manger told me he would ring me back this afternoon and surprise surprise he has not. Your Director needs to come out of his Ivory tower and deal with this and make the wrongs right

I bought my Mazda from this company, and from the very first contact it was a pleasure dealing with them. I later had an issue with my log book not arriving, but when I contacted Evolve, they clearly explained what to do and reimbursed me afterward. The car is perfect and running strong with no issues at all. I would definitely buy from them again.

Picked my New GOLF GTI up yesterday from EMC and it was an absolute pleasure to have a car off them. Everything ran smoothly getting the paper work & everything sorted and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience especially with Harry for getting it done quick & efficient.

We purchased a vehicle back in April 2025. The after sales service has been nothing short of appalling.

When we went to collect the vehicle there were 3 chips in the windscreen. We pointed these out to the salesman (Nick). He advised that Evolve would cover the cost of a replacement windscreen/repair. We took Nick at his word and went through with the purchase. Since that day we have chased by email, phone and in person for the windscreen to be replaced with absolutely no resolution or success. The suggestion was that we should claim for this on our insurance, despite the damage being caused pre-policy inception. We do not have glass cover on our policy and informed Evolve of this.

We have sincw been asked to send quotes across for a new windscreen, which we have done from various windscreen repairers.

We were told that a local company had been appointed and paid to do the works, we went to see them and they had no knowledge of the job, nor had they received payment.

We have called again today and been informed by the Manager that Evolve are not going to repair or replace the windscreen, they have lied for months.

I have an email trail with requests for quotes and reassurances that they will "put this right" but now, some 9 months on we find ourselves left out of pocket and lied to.

Please do not waste your time and money with this organisation. Read and believe all of the negative reviews on here, we wish we had.

Professional service from Benjamin throughout. Communication was detailed to explain the inspection, and keep me informed. Quick and easy, no complaints of him at all.
