Evolve law was working alongside my Mortgage broker and they have been amazing throughout my house buying process. They have simple ways of updating you via their app and they respond to you promptly, so you definitely do not feel any anxiety!

I had the good fortune and pleasure of being supported by Chloe throughout the process of buying a property outside of London. Right from the start I felt totally confident and reassured by Chloe and her colleagues. It was a great help to have a weekly call scheduled in for a catch-up...this could take 5 minutes or more than 15, depending on where we were in the process; it was at the same time on the same day every week. Emily - thank you!!! Evolve Law were recommended to us by a friend and it was evident from the initial conversation and quote that they were the right people for the job. The quote was emailed immediately (we waited days for others and some never received) and it was broken down into every individual cost with a clear final price (unlike quite a few others we received). The online portal was brilliant and such an easy tool to use for accessing and uploading documents, as well as completing forms and tracking progress.

Chloe was our main contact and she was attentive, helpful and clear in all the dealings we had with her. Our transactions were relatively straightforward but Chloe was still happy to answer all our queries both through phone or email.
