Mindful reflection
I really enjoyed all the classes and exercises. It gave me a pleasure and helped me to realize my mind and body as well. Especially the mindful eating, observing thing, the way of approaching children,importance of gratitude and how to reduce stress through mindful breathing every thing helped and supported me a lot.Thankyou very much for the wonderful sessions mam.

Great experience anmd all the practises should be followed periodically and the right introduction to mindfulness we have got through Maam.
Most of the practices i will be doing…
Most of the practices i will be doing at night times.
But slowly I shifted to morning.....some practices whenever I feel tired.

Dear Mam,
Namaste. First of all I would like to extent my gratitude for making us to think about ourselves. Usually women are spending their time for their children and family members but mindfulness activities made her to spend time for herself.
The past few days we had a journey with you was a wonderful and marvelous one. Practicing mindfulness activities in my personal life and in my working place .It helped me to increase my skills in my all kind of works. This journey
motivated me to think about not only myself but also observe my surroundings . It enhanced me to increase my analyzing skills , positive approach and to have empathy to others.
I strengthened my observing mind by noticing and observing activity . Gratitude activity, mindfulness eating, body scanning and breathing exercise motivated me to acquire lot of changes in my life. Eight way of breathing exercise enriched me to realize the different and healthy way of breathing.

Reinventing ourselves.
I am having a wonderful experience with adding value to my everyday life from my learning in our Mindfulness sessions. Ms. Fathima being a fabulous mentor, makes us push our horizons a bit further and reinvent ourselves, unlearn and relearn new and mindful habits.

Reflection of mindful session
First I would like to thanks for your wonderful mindful session. Really I learnt many things from the mindful session. That is , increase our concentraion doing breathing exercise, scanning body part exercise, the concept of auto pilot mode and it was not suitable for healthy eating, rules for mindful eating etc. Thank you very much for your wonderful session mam.

Mindfulness session has made me to notice my internal and external environment by making my observing mind stronger and to be aware of the things consciously.I understood the importance of reflecting gratitude which helps in building and broadening the mind.The effective method-CPR and simple types of breath practice helps us to regulate ourselves.Joyful breaks helps us to feel by pausing,reflecting and sharing view of the good moments we experienced.Body scan has helped me to understand my bodily sensations.
