First rate after sales service
Bought a motocaddy trolley from EV last summer. Unfortunately the lithium battery died after only 9 months. Really helpful after sales service from Brad. Replacement battery was promised with warning of delay due to supply issues. After a month I was contacted to say that further delays were expected, but that Brad had spoken to MC and that a new 2026 trolley would be sent to me instead. Arrived a couple of days later. New model is WAY better than the 2025 one. Well pleased and will look to EV for future golf purchases because of their excellent customer service.

Great fitting experience with Jack
I went to evolution golf to get fitted for a 7 wood and was not disappointed. Jack who looked after me was great and super knowledgeable, I ended up with the 7 wood best suited for me and because of the great service I got, I booked in a couple of weeks later to get some new wedges sorted which again, I got great service. Will be using evolution again whenever I need golf bits!

The customer service at evolution Golf is fabulous.
I purchased a Golf umbrella, a quality brand a great price delivered very quickly
Unfortunately, the quality brand broke!
Not evolution’s fault at all, but here’s a good bit I contacted them via the website the next day I had an email reply which I replied to and the next day I had a replacement umbrella
That’s what I call customer service
And as a result, I will be using them again for other purchases.

Excellent fitting - swing weight !
Dropped in today out of chance for some advise due to poor experiences elsewhere … the team (Rosie included) were absolutely fantastic … took so much time to talk to me about previous fitting experience and empathise…
The crew then got me straight into the studio and wanted to help from the outset … welcome Jack ! What a knowledgeable chap and what a patient and great informative gent .. he blew my mind in terms of how much detail he went into our fitting of irons ..I’d had some bad experiences recently and he went in to a level of detail that was never offered nor was even considered .. these guys really know their stuff …
I came away finally feeling like I can finally sort the issues out that I’ve had with fittings
Swing weights? ? ? … the first fitter to even consider this !! I had no idea what this even was but by the end of my fitting I was more than educated and all of a sudden things started to make sense … it’s what fitting is all about but many pros / fitting centres don’t utilise properly.
These guys are the real deal and do it properly

Needed a Specialized Shaft
After a driver shaft was smashed by the baggage handlers we needed a Fujikura Ventus Velocore Extra Stiff really quickly. After speaking to the team they tracked one down and then rang back to confirm it would be with us within 5 working days.Actually arrived a day early and well packaged. Made a huge difference as this shaft is really had to get hold of and advice/ guidance helped. Great job and would definitely use again - not just in an emergency.

Great first experience!
This was my first experience of buying from Evolution Golf and I am / was very impressed, so much so I bought a second club from them!
Their prices are very competitive, their communication excellent and their delivery service is first rate!
All in all a great experience and Evolution will be my go to option when looking for golf gear in the future.
