I took a series of 1 to 1 private lessons with Antoine in Tignes as a complete beginner - his teaching was clear, patient and I progressed far more quickly than I (and others) expected.
Antoine explained technique in a way that was easy to understand and adapted his methods to how I learn, which made a huge difference. He struck the perfect balance between encouragement and challenge, always creating a calm, safe environment whilst pushing me to keep improving, which ensured that I made excellent & consistent progress throughout the sessions. I found him to be a skilled, trustworthy instructor who genuinely cares about his students’ progress.
I would highly recommend him to anyone. The Evolution team overall were great, my husband had some 1-1 lessons too (which were also brilliant) and the team were very accommodating with setting up our lessons.

Our daughter (Age 6) had a great time in the Evo 2 Ski School for the mornings last week, in Val Claret. Her instructor, Graham, was lovely and he even went off piste after her lesson to collect her poles she dropped from a chair lift. Thanks Evo 2... when are you going to open a branch in Switzerland?!!

Made a last minute booking at evo 2 for our two girls never skied before. We were so impressed with organising lessons to fit our schedules.
We had instructor Graham who was just the best. Energetic and enthusiastic he had both our girls skiing big runs on the second day and they absolutely loved the experience. Prompt and polite and gave me a few tips too. I would recommend him for any level and can’t praise enough. Super competitive too. Great experience to thanks to Evolution

The instructor was not good. He suggested to a beginner that he should take a private lesson because the others were intermediate but in fact all were beginners. Didn’t give much if any instruction until it was formally asked for.
Drifted from English to French which people could not understand.
All in all not a good experience. Others in our party went to ESF and had a far superior experience.

Absolutely fantastic team at La Rosiere, Julian, Tom and FiFi. They were all brilliant with the 5 kids between 6 and 12. The whole experience was easy to book with the help of Anais in the reservation team and the boys all had fun learning the safety and skills of skiing. I highly recommend them. Thank you so much.

Professional service and instruction, Tignes 1800/2100. Excellent communication with Leo prior to trip regarding rearrangements for lessons and organising transport between centres. Expert instruction from Justine, instructing 3 Day Parallels Course to my 14 year old son, great results. Thank you Team

Avoriaz between 5th – 10th February 2026.
My daughter was learning to ski for the first time and had a very enjoyable lesson with “Flo” in Avoriaz so full marks for that. However, what I was disappointed at, to say the least, was the abuse from another E2 ski instructor hurled at us whilst skiing down the “Tetras” ski run the following day, “English tourists always in the way”. I had stopped further down the run to film my daughter’s progress. I was stopped at the side of the run clearly visible and aware of all all oncoming skiers. I would please ask if E2 could remind all instructors to be courteous whilst representing E2. I have used E2 on a number of occasions and are always more than happy to take British money. The abuse was wholly inappropriate.

Our instructor Julien O at La Rosière was excellent. All participants were accurately assessed and placed in the group. The booking and payment on line was easy, staff in the office were helpful and information clearly given. Thank you to all of you.

E-Buggy evening for one hour with 8 of our family in a Grand-Prix. Well organised and fantastic fun. Highly recommend it.

Sébastien was a great instructor at Val Thorens - very helpful and informative- made me feel that I can do anything! Thank you, Sébastien! 😄

My family have had great results skiing with this company, from private lessons in La Rosière, and to group lessons in Tignes for my young boy and myself. Confidence for us is at an all time high from skiing with them again this last week. The attendee lesson numbers are also comfortable.
They go above and beyond and their communication is top!
I would highly recommend the company. We will rebook with them on the next occasion of skiing.

I had the best time doing level 3 and level 5 snow shoeing with Nicolas in Tignes. I HIGHLY recommend doing a half day or the full day. Nicolas was really calm and patient with us all, explained the different techniques for using our snow shoes and talked so much about the wildlife and history of Tignes. It was fascinating. He also made home made verbena/primrose cordial and genepi for us all to try. You are given all the kit you need - give it a go, you won't regret it.

My family booked 5-day group classes for ski and snowboard tuition with Evolution 2.

Three days in, and the snowboard instructor had only taught how to side slip. We were all beginners once, so it’s clear that this pace of learning is frustrating, and not acceptable. No attempt was made to teach how to go forward, to turn left, or to turn right. We abandoned the class as the teaching was so hopeless. I gave an afternoon of my holiday to teach the kids myself, and funnily enough, a few hours of my time opened up the mountain for them, something the instructor had failed to achieve.

The instructor had been distracted, not properly allocating time to each person in his class, even asking people on the slopes to help light his cigarettes. He failed to intervene when my daughter’s 15-year old friend was being sexually harassed by one of the other Evolution 2 instructors. The classes were a bad use of time on a valuable holiday. Having pulled the kids out, I complained about our experience but no refund, explanation, or apology was offered – just blame on the kids’ attitude, which is a weak attempt to deflect from the fact that no attempt was made to teach the basics of movement.

In the circumstances, I have to warn other customers that Evolution 2 does not properly manage the instructors or control what is being taught. If you have a complaint, management are not interested. You are better off paying a bit more for better instruction elsewhere.

My daughters had their very first lesson with Julien. He was so patient especially with our youngest who was more nervous. They both thoroughly enjoyed themselves it was a shame they were booked up so early in advance we couldn’t make anymore lessons so my top tip would be to book before flying out as our tour operator said we could only book upon arrival. I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for Fabian’s exceptional instruction during my first three ski lessons on snow. His patience and perseverance have made all the difference—I am now confidently navigating magic carpets (even when there are emergency stops), small slopes, and performing parallel turns.

Fabian’s tireless commitment to ensuring every student has the best experience in Les Arcs has not only improved my skills but also ignited a newfound passion for skiing. I truly appreciate the care and effort he puts into every lesson.

I cannot wait for 2026 when we return, and I hope Fabian will be available to help me advance to the next stage—mastering chairlifts, tackling bigger hills, and further expanding my skill set.
