I would recommend evidental, as a company overall , I was treated respectfully all the way through from first day of consultation to getting the permanent teeth in, being a nervous patient I felt totally at ease from day 1, the staff were all great and informative, everyone was totally professional, the day of surgery was a long day but painfree recovery was around 2 weeks and id say more discomfort than actual pain , having this procedure has been life changing in regards to being pain free and able to socialise again , if your considering this surgery I would go with this company as I have no negative feelings or comments ,

For me making the decision to contact EvoDental was one of the hardest decisions I've had to make. I've suffered with my teeth for years but buried my head in the sand until my teeth were failing so badly something had to give. From the first consultation Ricky and his team went over and above what you would expect, they were understanding and respectful as they could tell this was live changing for me.

On the day of surgery Ricky and his team were fantastic, the day was hard, but I really don't think if I hadn't met Ricky for my consultation I wouldn't have had the confidence to proceed.

The day after surgery and the day after that Ricky called me personally out of hours to see how I was, this level of service and care was over and above what I expected and only proves once again what a great decision I made.

My surgery was 2 weeks ago today and I'm pain free; I have been for at least a week when I returned to work.

Although I only have my temporary teeth at the moment (which are perfect) this journey has changed my life so once again a massive thank you to Ricky and his fantastic team.

At nearly 83 the thought of having six implants was frightening for me, but the the team at EvoDental Dartford turned a day I have been dreading into one of genuine relief and gratitude. Ricky, my surgeon, was calm, gentle and so reassuring - he spoke to me with patience and kindness, explaining each step in a way that eased my fear and helped me feel safe. His skill and confidence made all the difference.
Nurses: Amanda, Megan and P, were just as wonderful. They treated me with such warmth and respect, holding my hand through the moments when I felt nervous and checking on me constantly. It was human, and it meant more to me than they will ever know.
I was only a little sore and far less than I expected and my temporary teeth are beautiful. I feel cared for supported and genuinely grateful. For anyone who is older, anxious, or unsure about implant treatment, I can say from the heart that EvoDental, Dartford is a team you can trust completly.

My experience has been absolutely great, I was really terrified even thinking aDentist, but I was down to my last tooth and sticking in dentures which never stayed stuck . I had full mouth zirconia implants on both my upper and lower jaw with EvoDental, and I honestly couldn't be happier with the experience or the results.

From my very first assessment, the team provided all the information I needed without ever making me feel pressured to go ahead. They were attentive, professional and genuinely cared about making sure I felt comfortable and confident throughout the entire process.

At first, I thought it was a huge amount of money, and it is, but when I look back at everything that was involved, including the level of care, the number of appointments, the temporary sets of teeth and the final zirconia set, I genuinely believe it was worth every penny. In fact, I think I would have ended up paying considerably more trying to achieve a similar result through a regular dentist with individual implants.

My dentist, Ricky Bhopal, was exceptional. His passion for what he does is obvious, and he genuinely wants everything to be perfect for his patients. Nothing ever felt rushed, and he took the time to make sure I was happy every step of the way.

The whole team were amazing - friendly, caring and incredibly supportive. I never thought I'd say this, but I actually look forward to going to the dentist!

My Full Jaw Implant Experience at EVO Dental Dartford – From a 10/10 Nervous Patient.
If you’re reading reviews because you’re scared, uncertain, or trying to decide whether to go ahead with full jaw dental implants, then this is for you, because I was you.
I’m a 53-year-old man, and before this, my teeth were in a terrible state. Over half were missing, and if I’m honest, I didn’t fully realise just how much my teeth had been affecting my confidence, my smile, and how I felt about myself every day.
I had looked at other dentists before finding EVO, but from the very first interaction, something just felt different. Professional, reassuring, caring, and most importantly, I felt like I was in the right hands.
But despite all of that, when surgery day came, I was an absolute mess. And I mean a proper mess. I was incredibly anxious, felt faint, had moments of panic, and genuinely questioned whether I could go through with it. I was a solid 10/10 nervous patient.
This is where the EVO Dartford team were simply exceptional. Not once did they rush me. Not once did I feel like a problem. They gave me time, reassurance, encouragement, and the calm confidence I needed to get through those moments.
I want to specifically thank Ricky, Asif, and Meghan, and honestly, words don’t feel enough. Ricky, the lead dentist, was incredible from start to finish. Calm, confident, reassuring, and clearly someone who knows exactly what he’s doing. He also helped me quit smoking two weeks before surgery, which I honestly didn’t think I’d manage and here I am now, four weeks later, still not smoking and not even thinking about it.
Asif, who handled my sedation, was amazing. I had full sedation for the 3-hour surgery, and despite all my fears, I remember very little and what I do remember was completely manageable and absolutely not painful.
I had watched so many patient reviews beforehand where people said, I didn’t feel a thing, but truthfully, I didn’t believe them and thought it can’t possibly be true. Well, they were right and I was genuinely shocked. I had no pain or trauma, and no horrible experience like I’d built up in my head for months.
And Meghan, my nurse, was just wonderful, kind, calming, supportive, and exactly the sort of person you want beside you when you’re feeling vulnerable.
Recovery was nowhere near as bad as I expected either. The first few days, I rested, worked from bed, followed the medication plan properly, and if I’m being honest, my pain never went above about 4/10.By week two, it was more of a dull ache than anything else, and I’d stopped all medication apart from the occasional paracetamol, and by week three, life felt pretty much back to normal.
Food was another huge worry for me. I genuinely thought I’d be living on soup for weeks. Again I was completely wrong. I’ve been amazed at what I’ve managed with soft foods: cottage pie, pasta, plenty of proper meals, all without needing to chew in the normal way.
 
And now, honestly, I feel amazing. The confidence boost is hard to put into words. I smile all the time now, and people constantly compliment my teeth, and these are only the temporary ones. I genuinely feel like a different man. What’s hit me most is realising just how much my old teeth were holding me back without me even fully understanding it.
Was EVO the cheapest option? No. Was it the right option for me? Absolutely, without question. If you’re scared, nervous, or convincing yourself you can’t do this, I completely understand as I was you.
But as someone who was probably one of the most anxious patients they’ve had, I can honestly say EVO Dental Dartford changed my life.

From start to finish, my experience with EvoDental has been absolutely faultless. Undergoing a major dental procedure can be daunting, but the level of professionalism, care, and attention I received throughout made the entire journey so much easier and more comfortable than I ever imagined.

Every single member of staff was 100% attentive, compassionate, and genuinely committed to providing the very best care possible. I was made to feel welcome, reassured, and looked after at every appointment.

I was worried as I have always seen Mr Sumal but he has left the practice and I was to see Mr Bhatti well he was so nice and very gentle my worries went almost immediately. It was a general maintenance appointment and everyone seemed generally pleased to see me. See you all again in a year

From my very first phone consultation, the gentleman I spoke with made me feel completely at ease about the whole process, which is something I’ve never experienced with any dentist before.
Asim, in particular, was outstanding. He explained everything in clear detail, talked me through each stage, and helped me feel confident about the massive changes ahead. His knowledge and skill are exceptional, and for the first time in my life, I don’t dread going to the dentist — EvoDental is truly the only practice where I feel calm and reassured.

My only regret is that I didn’t find Asim and the EvoDental team sooner. They are exceptional at what they do, and the level of care and compassion they show is second to none.

From the first phone enquiry to Evo Dental to the consultation to the treatment they were honest, caring and professional.
My treatments day was Dec 25.
I arrived for 08.00 and was shown to my private suite, which was very comfortable.
After some normal questions and tests I went into the procedure room about 08.45 to be greeted by the most amazing team led by Assim.
Treatment was finished just after midday and I was taken back to my suite.
At 17.30 that evening I was fitted with my new top and bottom full jaw teeth
The reveal was emotional, as they looked unbelievably natural.
After years of crooked teeth, cavities, discomfort and self consciousness I finally had exceptional teeth and was proud to smile.
So I would recommend Evo- Dental to anyone, especially if you are a nervous patient like me.

Background
My teeth were in very poor condition after years of avoiding the dentist. Losing both upper front teeth quickly after gum sores was the final trigger. Brushing had became painful, I could only chew on one side, my gums were badly inflamed, and my mouth bled at night. I was in a desperate state.
Consultation
Research pointed to full-mouth dental implants. I found EVO Dental (specialists in implants) with a clinic in Dartford and booked a free consultation. The team treated me with respect and after a full examination clearly explained the implant process, including bone grafting and potential side effects (taste changes, reduced bite feedback). Thankfully I was a suitable candidate.
Operation day
Sedated but awake, I spent 4 hours having teeth extracted and implants placed. The stitches for the bone graft made me wince a little. Overall the operation was uncomfortable rather than painful (discomfort score 2/10). Temporary 3D-printed teeth were fitted, they felt bulky in my mouth but looked good.
Recovery
I took 2 weeks off work (1 week might have sufficed). No pain, only discomfort: sore throat/lips, facial swelling, tender jaw from the graft. All improved significantly after 4–5 days. Soft foods were manageable immediately; by 2 weeks I needed no painkillers. After 1 month, swelling and the graft/infection lump had fully resolved. I could eat confidently.
3-month review
Temporary bridges removed to check healing—everything was progressing well. Noticed slight movement; one bridge had fractured but remained secure. Replaced by the EVO team Immediately for a new one. Full 3D intra-oral scan taken. Discussed final zirconia design (size, colour, alignment); dentist’s recommendations were very helpful.
Final fit
Five weeks later my temporaries were removed, zirconia bridges fitted in under an hour. No adjustments needed. Final X-ray confirmed good bone healing. The result looked like natural individual teeth—excellent colour, much less bulky, normal speech, improved taste sensation. I love them.
Conclusion
The treatment transformed my life. I can now bite and chew anything, my teeth look fantastic, and I finally have confidence in my smile. EVO Dental treated me with genuine dignity and respect throughout. The dentistry, nursing, equipment and materials were outstanding. Based on my experience, I can strongly recommend EVO Dental.

My husband started his journey with you end of last year, and I cannot praise your Dartford team more if I tried. He came on a friend's recommendation and so pleased he did. His permanent implants are happening next month.
