Messaged prior to appointment and arrived on time. Checked with me the position of the charger and explained the process and best route for the cable.

The installer worked very efficiently with minimal disruption to the home. When he had finished he cleaned up the work area, you would never know anything had been done.

At the end the installer explained how to link to app & what to expect when charging.

All and all a good experience.

An excellent experience with EV Made Easy, who arranged the installation of my Ohme EV charger.

Aaron, the installer, was superb from start to finish. He messaged me in the morning to confirm his expected arrival time and arrived exactly when he said he would. He was friendly, polite and professional throughout, and explained what he was going to do before getting started.

Despite exceptionally wet and windy weather, Aaron worked efficiently and completed the installation on time. The quality of his workmanship was excellent. The charger, meter and associated cabling all look incredibly neat and tidy, and he made sure everything was cleaned up afterwards.

What particularly impressed me was that Aaron didn't simply finish the installation and leave. He took the time to make sure my Ohme app was working properly and successfully connected to the charger before he went.

I was genuinely impressed by the efficiency, speed, attention to detail and overall quality of the installation, especially given the awful weather conditions.
