Le pire service clientele que j'ai eux toujours les ligne son fermé pas capable de les rejoindre et quand tu leur laisse un message sa prends du temps en crime avant sa se règle, mais conjointe a commandé une boîtes elle est arrivé le livreur a prise la photo et dire qu'il la livré et il y a repartie avec la boîte. Même pas capable aussi rejoindre le transporteur le numéro est pas attribué et on appeller evive pour qu'il règle le problème mais non les ligne son toujours fermé et comme j'ai écrit en haut tu leur laisse un message et sa prend un temps fou même la toujours pas réponse. These smoothies are seriously delicious! They’ve been a game-changer for my morning routine since I can whip up a healthy breakfast packed with vitamins and nutrients in just 30 seconds. I haven’t had any delivery issues, so I can’t really comment on customer service yet. And I love that it’s a Canadian company.

Products taste horrible and shipping delays are as horrible. Poor customer service, overpriced products. Don't buy.

Jai fait un essai de leur produits sans toutefois me doiter que c'était le commencement d un abonnement et jai reçu une boîte et la facturation! Bravo je ne commanderai plus de cette compagnie

There are so many good things to say, I do wish I could give a higher rating. These smoothies are soooo easy and convenient for my lifestyle, the flavours are great and I often have them for an on the go breakfast or hiking fuel! The major downside for me is the packaging. There is an obnoxious amount of plastic for three servings in each pack, there has to be a way the plastics can be reduced because it fills me with guilt buying these and throwing so much waste out. Please try find a solution!

Terrible customer service takes days to get back. Terrible website cannot update information. Ordered never delivered would not give a refund and then finally when I decided that I wanted my box that I paid for they told me they couldn't deliver to my area. Except revive just had no problem delivering my box on time and to my area! We'll see if after a month I actually get my money back. AVOID!

J'ai contacté le "service client" car mes smoothies était fade et grumuleux et ils m'ont dit que les goûts sont subjectif et ils ne me dédommagerons pas! Quand je vais à l'épicerie et que j'achète des bleuet sablonneux, le supermarché me rembourse ceux-ci sans me dire que "mais madame vos goût sont subjectifs"! C'est du gros n'importe quoi. La seule raison pour laquelle ils ne renbourse pas c'est parce qu'ils auraient trop de clients insatisfaits à rembourser!

The smoothies were delicious, but the customer service leaves alot to be desired. Charged for something I didn’t receive or sign up for. Contacted Customer Service through email, their website chat and Instagram. It’s been an incredible hassle with very little kindness and assistance on their part. I don’t want my credit card tied to a subscription service that has so little care for their new clients.

I am on my 6th month of the subscription plan. I absolutely love this product. It convenient, tastes delicious and not to bad cost wise. I love that every month I can go into my account and tweak my order to change flavours. It’s a perfect breakfast for people on the go

My first package was stolen so I was pretty disheartened, but I talked to the customer service (at first I thought there was a mistake on their part or the shipping company's) and was offered a free replacement.

As for the smoothies themselves: they taste very healthy and wholesome. I used a cube as a spread on a bagel and it worked out well that way too. I'm still used to stuff on the sugary side so it's gonna take me some time getting used to.
