The product was exactly as described and fit into my car with no modifications. However it came all scratched with paint flaking, it’s only cosmetics so everything still works.

Your order was shipped on December 30, 2024. On the same day, the package was held by a government agency for processing. On January 2, 2025, the import C.O.D. (ICOD) charges were paid, and the parcel was released to continue its journey. As of today (January 8, 2025), your parcel has been scanned in Germany and is expected to reach you within a few days.
We understand your disappointment, and we truly appreciate your patience. Please note that since your order is being shipped from the EU to a non-EU country, additional processing time is sometimes required for documentation, taxes, and duties.
