Hoție!! NU FOLOSIȚI ACEST SITE!! Au o taxă considerabilă mascată inclusă în prețul vignetei pe care o vei vedea doar după solicitarea insistentă a facturii. Vigneta a costat 50 EUR, iar “taxa pentru înregistrarea autovehiculului” înca 15 EUR. RUȘINE!!!!

I would like to give them 0 if I could. They charge me for an astrian one day e-vignette 23euros as they included some registration fee!?! At the time of purchasing this was not shown at all, it is only a day aftetwards that I can see it in my credit card depense. Stay away from scammers and money grabbers who deal in dishonest way.

Sent me ivoice/confirmation for a WRONG plate number (one letter difference, despite I double-checked that the data I initially entered was correct!).

The support did nothing to address the issue so I had to buy a new vignette from the official provider.

Also refusing to make a refund after all. PLEASE AVOID THEM!

Avoid them! They double charge you !
Use the official webaite of the country instead!

I mistakenly paid for a vignette for the same vehicle and time twice. I wrote a request for a refund and they approved my refund even though I didn't make the second payment through their app.

It is a ripoff! They are first on google search and seem to be official provider - but the price is more then a double!!!! So it is a SCAM! You will get your e vignette but the prices are not normal! I have made official complaint to ECC Austria Team

Not an official site. Charging 13EUR on top of 12.80 eur austrian vignette purchase without any notice. Sneaky and dishonest.

I purchased a Bulgarian annual vignette from evignet24.eu.

The official price of the Bulgarian annual vignette is 49.60 EUR, but I was charged 73 EUR. After receiving the invoice I noticed an additional “one-time registration fee” of 23.4 EUR.

This additional fee was not clearly presented during the purchase process and creates a misleading impression about the real price of the service.

I tried to contact the company to request a refund of the additional fee. However, the website allows only one contact request and blocks further communication. Direct emails are also rejected automatically.

Because of this I had to escalate the case through my payment provider and consumer protection authorities.

I strongly recommend that consumers purchase Bulgarian vignettes only from the official government website.

Oplichters. Veel te veel betaald voor een vignet van 10 dagen !

Probably should have checked before but I thought it was a straight forward thing.

Bought a vignette for Moldova, price was double than on the official website, and big surprise when police stopped me, they literally asked “what is this sh*t”?
Just a useless qr code from them.

Terrible ... I made a mistake and immediately asked for a refund and they just didn't care ... they said sorry we cannot ... we can give you a vignette for another country if you like ... pointless ...

This website is deliberately misleading. The price shown upfront for Slovenian vignette is 28 EUR, with no clear explanation that the official Slovenian 7-day vignette costs only 16 EUR, and that the remaining 12 EUR is a “registration/service fee” charged by Evignet24.

This extra fee is not transparently disclosed before payment. You only find out after you’ve paid, when the receipt breaks down the amount. This is a classic dark-pattern tactic designed to trick users who are in a hurry and believe they are buying from an official provider.

Yes, you do receive a valid vignette — but at an unjustifiably inflated price. There is absolutely no added value for the extra 12 EUR.

Avoid this site and buy directly from the official Slovenian DARS website instead. Much cheaper and actually transparent.

On December 27, I bought an Austrian highway sticker here. I was surprised that the system did not ask for two-step verification when I paid with my credit card, and the cost of the sticker was immediately debited from my account. But I was in a hurry, so I didn't bother with it. However, since my car is a company car, I asked for a VAT invoice. I received it, but it did not have a tax number on it. A few days ago, my accountant told me that this was not acceptable. I asked for the invoice to be corrected, but received a strange response: the bottom line is that they do not issue VAT invoices, even though they had already issued one, just not in an acceptable form.

I have now blocked my card. Oh, and I checked, and they charged me twice as much as the official sticker fee.

dec. 27-én vettem itt egy osztrák autópálya matricát. meglepett, hogy a bankkártyás vásárlás közben a rendszer nem kért kétlépcsős azonosítást, rögtön le is emelték a számlámról a matrica díját. de siettem, nem foglalkoztam vele. viszont mivel céges az autóm, kértem ÁFA-s számlát. ezt meg is kaptam, de nem volt rajta adószám. a könyvelő pár napja szólt, hogy ez így nem jó. kértem számlamódosítást, mire furcsa választ kaptam: a lényeg, hogy nem állítanak ki ÁFA-s számlát, miközben már kiállították, csak nem elfogadhatóan.
A kártyámat most letiltottam. Ja és megnéztem, a hivatalos matrica díjához képest kétszer annyi pénzt kértek.
