Not worth the time, cost or headache

Had to replace ring 3 times (seeing this as a theme among customers) and I guess should count myself lucky I was able to connect to any type of customer service. The interface on the app is basic and ugly, the ring would say I walked 10000 steps when I was sleeping, and it glows incessantly and incorrectly tracks workout. After the third one I gave up and purchased an oura ring. Oura is the best wearable out there. Disappointing as the Evie ring is pretty and female owned company but it’s too frustrating and they are not good about updating or keeping customer informed about updates, returns etc. too bad.

This is the second Evie ring I have had…

This is the second Evie ring I have had in one year. The first one was not tracking my hours of sleep. It appears that when you get up to go to the bathroom it determines that you woke up and this time and does not track the rest of your nights sleep. The company replaced it and I was hopeful that the problem would be fixed. The new one is maybe two months old and not only does it do the same thing, it is now not tracking my steps. It says I have to little on some days, this is not correct and on other days it will tell me that I took 70,000 steps.

Poor product with even worse support

I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with the Evie ring, and I regret ever purchasing it.

I’ve gone through two rings that completely stopped holding a charge within just six months each. For a $269 device marketed as a premium wearable, that kind of failure rate is unacceptable. This isn’t a minor inconvenience — it’s a clear sign of poor product quality.

What made it worse was the customer support. The latest replacement they sent was the wrong size and color — and instead of fixing it, I was told to just throw it away. Seriously. I followed up multiple times, and the VP of Customer Success personally responded — but still offered no meaningful resolution, just a polite version of “we’re done here.”

All of this happened in less than 17 months. Two failed devices, one useless replacement, and a support team that clearly has no interest in making things right.

Don’t be fooled by the marketing — the Evie ring is not worth the price, and the company does not stand behind their product. I absolutely would not recommend this to anyone.

I received my ring in the beginning of…

I received my ring in the beginning of 2024 and just contacted them for a FOURTH replacement because it stopped working for several days now. I understand they have a 60 day return policy but you’d think after this many replacements they could offer a refund. Wouldn’t recommend the Evie ring to anyone at all. Huge waste of money.

Non existing customer service.

Non existing customer service.
Was looking for ring replacement, sent numerous emails to support team. Never received response. It has been 4 weeks.
So I’m raising issue with credit card company. Shady business.

Customer service is non-existent

Customer service is non-existent. It merits zero stars. They say they will get back to you then weeks go by without hearing anything from them only to say we will respond to you. I can't imagine the morale of the representatives working for a company that cares so little about customer support. This is the fastest way to lose customers who were early adopters.

Ring does not come close to living up to promise; and the customer service is the worst

I was very excited for the ring itself; it's a great concept, and a smartly designed ring; it's a beautiful design, and easy/comfortable to wear. I really wanted to love it, and for a little while, I really did. I've now had it for about 7 weeks, and when it works, it's great. However, buyer beware: the sleep tracking is utterly awful. It has me sleeping (on a daily basis) when I'm awake; and several occasions it hasn't recorded sleep data at all or doesn't record it fully. Most recently (and for me, this is a bigger issue), the battery life of the ring went from a few days to several hours, as in, I'm constantly being told to recharge my ring. That basically drives the convenience (and entire concept) of this product into the ground. But the last straw for me is the complete lack of customer service. They say they'll get back to you within 1-2 business days. They're lying. It took more than *one month* to get a response when I submitted a help request for the missing sleep tracking data; and the response was utterly useless. I'd love to say people should buy this ring because the idea behind it was brilliant; but the product (at least version 1.0) does not live up to the hype.

I would give it a zero if I could

I would give it a zero if I could. I see all the communication issues others are having. At least you guys got a ring. They charged me and I didn’t receive a ring yet. Ordered in December. No one will answer me to get a refund. Reporting to BBB

Horrible Customer Service

Contacted customer service 3 times asking how to return my ring. 3 times they have ignored me & the return window time frame is closing. For a company that touts itself as “women-centric” you sure are reinforcing that women are second class citizens.

Non existent customer service!

I would give this company 2 more stars if their customer service was existent. I’ve reached out 3 times to ask a simple question about changing my sleep schedule, not sleep hours to be clear via their CS email and Instagram messenger, no response after over a week. This company clearly doesn’t have their act together! I grade the ring at a C. I like the design and the basic features like step counting, heart rate, temperature change and sleep tracking. However it doesn’t track naps, doesn’t detect workout (you have to tell it your going to workout with a specific time frame) activity well, has only a few days of battery life and doesn’t give any insights to the data it provides. The user manual is only available online and it is not comprehensive enough. Feels like they rushed this ring to market and cut a lot of corners, most importantly customer service and satisfaction.

Got a defective ring after 3 months of…

Got a defective ring after 3 months of waiting. It failed on pairing with my iPhone and I tried on 3 different phones without success.
Upon contacting their customer service, I am getting 0 response and it's been 7 business days.
Frustrating would be an understatement.
I am going to contact my credit card company for a chargeback.

Communication should be better

Update: I finally just got my ring, I hope this company decides to be more upfront with their customers going forward. I wouldn’t mind the shipping delay as long as I knew about it. I will post about the ring after I use it for a while. Original: This company promised to ship the rings that were ordered on the first day of launch during the week of January 22. They have not updated me on when the ring is shipping, there is zero communication with this company. The only reply I've received is that we will let you know when we are shipping. Zero transparency.
