Ordered a knitting machine. Didnt come with all the equipment. The machine didn’t even work. I emailed them after a few days back they emailed back asking for photos and videos of the machine. The then emailed backed asking me to try another way. Exact same issue. Sent another video and asked for a refund. No response back. Several emails ignored.
CUSTOMER SERVICE AWFUL.

30 emails in so far to try and get a refund for faulty items due to inadequate packaging. They expect me to pay for the damaged items. Have raised dispute with credit card company. Chinese company not based in UK at all. Do not use, scammers.

Don't go near this website. Bought an item didn't arrive now my AVG antivirus software prevents it even opening.
Our bank is recovering the payment

My daughter has really thick hair and always has it up in a ponytail, so I brought these clip and they are great in her hair. She now has a choice how to wear her hair. The clips are great and good value for money.

I absolutely love my navy blue waterproof rucksack I ordered from Evesbury. It took a little longer than I expected to arrive but they did keep me updated on its delivery with regular emails & tracking details.
The bag it self is stylish & practical & is exactly what you see in the online videos, with seven internal pockets, it's exactly what I've been looking for, for walks with kids & dogs. I love it! if they ever made a larger version I'd be the first to order one!!

Knickers are quite small, smaller than normal in the UK but I think the order came from China or Japan so size up. Took a little longer to arrive than normal but recieved both in good condition.

This is a Chinese company posing as uk based. Delivery is a joke, my order took weeks to come. One of the surface protectors for hot items was missing website showed four and when I received my order there was only three. Emails ignored. This website should be closed down, don’t buy anything.

All of the lights arrived and were much appreciated by my family who we gave them to.

Long wait for delivery but goods received ok. Purchased 2 sets iridescent watercolour paints and 2 stick man lights. Paints are smaller than expected but ok. Lights work. So all fine. Can't see where to add photo to my review?
Goods are from and made in China.

Products as expected (wind up butterflies that went inside a gift). Delivery time was as indicated and whilst this was longer than what has become usual for those who have got used to the next day thing from other suppliers, it was at least what was promised on ordering.

the order took a long time to come and when it did it wasn't the best quality. when the ring was extended it would have been to small for my sisters hand to go through. in the end I kept it for myself and had to get my sister something else

I ordered a present for my mum for Christmas, it looked lovely on photo's. It came in time (about 2 weeks) but I suspected from the time that it wasn’t coming from uk. When it arrived it was badly crafted, the edges of the resin were rough and looked bad and the actual product (a light up initial with flowers) was too top heavy and won’t stand up on its own! I’m in discussions, have sent the requested photo and video but on reading the reviews I am no longer hopeful of a resolution.

I received my tulip glass container on time. It was carefully wrapped and arrived in one piece. I am using it at present, and am very satisfied with my purchase

Not a UK based company! A fair product but a nightmare to return. It takes 8 emails back & forth and then you have to pay for return postage to China before a refund.

Purchased 2 Needle threaders and, like other reviews they took a long time to arrive, well past their estimated delivery date. The one we kept worked perfectly. Unfortunately, the one given as a Christmas present, was manufactured with the hook fitted upside down. On complaining we were offered a 15% discount to repurchase a replacement for the defective item!
When we advised of our UK Statutory Rights we received the following response.
"I would like to respectfully clarify our position. While we fully acknowledge your reference to statutory consumer rights, our company operates under clearly stated terms and conditions that apply to all purchases made through our website. These terms include a 30-day warranty period for reporting defects or faults, which is outlined at the time of purchase."
In other words, accepting their terms and conditions means you waive your statutory rights for faulty goods as a consumer after 30 days.
Needless to say, we will never use this company again!

I ordered a combined woolly scarf and hat set, it took quite a while to arrive, but it is very good, exactly as advertised, and lovely and warm. Definitely worth waiting for!

I bought a lovely set of paints for my daughter. It took quite awhile to arrive but it was during the Christmas period so I’m sure it would have been delivered faster at another not so busy time. I am super happy with the paints and they are exactly as described.

What I ordered was better than I expected
