UPDATE ... There is no point me emailing you to discuss as I had already done that many times at the point of purchase and return and you dismissed me and were not accommodating at all. When you are dealing with disabled people, you need to be a little flexible and work on your customer service. In the long run it would be better for your business.
Emailed them prior to purchasing shoes as I was hesitant as we couldn't try them on before buying. Was reassured all would be good. Was going to order a size 11.5 and told to order an 11. I ordered 2 pairs shoes which did not fit. I returned them and am now out of pocket with Every human not accepting any responsibility for the return post cost. Will never buy from them again, very disappointed.

Inconsistent sizing
I bought a pair of Hi tops (Billy) for my son who is in a wheelchair and needs to wear a brace with both shoes.They have been great for over a year, however, I bought another pair recently, same size but different colour. They only zip up half way and do not fit properly for him.
There seems to be an inconsistency in the make which is extremely disappointing.

Absolute worst experience buying shoes…
Absolute worst experience buying shoes off this company! Online shoe company that doesn’t offer return / refund on anything on sale! Shoes were way too wide but right length! Also shoes were very uncomfortable / unsupportive stiff and inflexible not suited to kids with sensory procession issues. If anyone wants a free pair of shoes I can’t return let me know, otherwise check fb marketplace so many brand new everyhuman shoes for sale I’m sure for the same reason. Very disappointed also terrible response times, still waiting for replies to my emails. This company is ripping people off making it so difficult to return and then ghosting customers who are unsatisfied. Please don’t ask me to email you to discuss I’m still waiting for your reply to two other emails.

Do you wear an orthosis?
Every Human are one of the only places I trust for my Cbrace compatible Orthotic shoes.
They fit well every single time, are easy on and off, removeable foot-bed you can slip in you orthotic so for meI can wear my KAFO Cbrace with it (Microprocessor hydraulic real timestance control orthotic) zipper goes 3/4 around and the shoes are really comfortable and for an orthotic wearer as I have T10 incomplete paraplegia it means secure,safe and comfortable reliable footwear but not a loss of style or look.
I love the new Womens Inclusion Trail Boot:) Love the purple and navy look.
People can get confused sometimes between orthotic friendly, orthotic friendly (but also KAFO AFO friendly) and orthopaedic. Orthotic friendly means they have a removeable footbed and can be adaptive to the user, such as wider opening all round zips, wider fit or come with 3/4 footbeds to change the sizes so you match your usual foot size and your orthotic, double low opening zips, wide opening with velcro, easy tab pulls. EveryHuman do this so well overall, I love the way the real laces are there but open with a zip, and all around or 3/4 So good!!!
Warrantee 90 days and shoes break!
I purchased my 5 year old some shoes in January. He wore them for 1 term. The zips kept falling down when he was running. And now the zip is broken. I paid $120 for these shoes. They lasted one term before they broke. I was denied a replacement pair as it fell outside their 90 day warrantee. So they only believe their shoes will last 3 months. I would no recommend them to others due to the high cost not reflected in the quality product or warrantee. Best to look around for another brand and not risk buying these shoes in my option.
Worst experience ever
The hoodie they gave me was a small, the arm length was small the the body of the top was large, the most weirdly proportioned top I've ever purchased. Shoes are hard with no give, this shop just rips people off

Before a friend recommended Every Human to me, I had shoes. Dozens of pairs of shoes! Shoes in every colour, every style, for every occasion and for every temperature.
I now have one pair of shoes.
All of my other shoes have become redundant, because nothing compares!
I absolutely love these shoes and the service was also top notch.
A+ / highly recommend.
Thank you and I’ll look forward to filling my now bare shoe cabinet with more styles shortly :).

Ok I previously wrote a review complaining about wait time on replacement shoes, lack of correspondence, and basically thinking I had lost money. Tried one more time to contact company and got onto a very helpful person by the name of Keith. After waiting 3 months for help one e-mail with Keith and he had the problem solved straight away and the refund was in my account the next day. Thank you Keith.

Zippers on Billy shoes break- warranty only 90 days
First zipper pair of Billy shoes broke within a few months. Customer service replaced them when I sent the broken pair back. Second pair, same thing happened but as they only have a 90 day warranty, now I’m left without my sons favourite shoes. They offered me 20% off my ‘next pair’ but honestly, I won’t buy them again. They wore down really quickly, which is so disappointing as the idea of them & comfort are really good.

Great experience
I had an issue with sizing and had to return my shoes. The returns portal is simple, easy to use and the customer service team were amazing at assisting me in getting the right size. My new pair of shoes got to me very quickly and I love them!

Great customer service

Wrong item and poor customer service
Sent the wrong item (ordered specifically for sensory reasons/ NDIS) so it is of no use to us. Asked for a replacement or refund, but were told to print a label, go to the post office and send back first. Not easy with disability, regional living, countless appointments, and limited capacity.
Customer service very poor. As a disabled parent of a disabled child, I just wanted to be treated like a human and sent the right product or given a refund, not given an errand. I was not able to post back in the required window so I just lost the money. We would have been lifelong customers if they had replaced the low-price item with what we actually ordered, instead we will never shop there again

Buyer beware
Buyer beware. 30 day refund has caveats. Shoes were uncomfortable and hurts the bone on my ankle. My refund request was refused, saying shoes were not defective.
They did offer a replacement or a gift voucher upon receipt of returned item at my own expense, why would I spend more money on postage to get a new pair when the first one I got was a dud. Binned the shoes.

Ummm amazing!
Ummm amazing!
Im recovering from a bad fall with multiple fractures and a dislocated foot and these shoes were incredible. I can get them on easily, they’re comfortable on a painful foot and the designs are great.
Highly recommend to anyone just looking for a comfortable shoe.
