They’re a scam. Period. No matter how many times you submit the documents required for “verification,” they’re just going to keep asking for different ones. Save your money and do your homework - find a refutable site to use. Everygame.eu formerly known as Intertops is a scam.

everygame.eu REALY SCAM

My name is Camal Bayramov, my account in everygame.eu tigerfighter2. I registered, placed bets on everygame.eu, won some money. Now my account has just over $1900.

When I registered on website, I confirmed my identity and sent a selfie with my Azerbaijani passport and a bank statement to confirm my residence address. The documents were accepted by everygame.eu security department and my account was verified. But when I wanted to withdraw money, everygame.eu asked me to send an alternative document (a driver's license or an alternative passport). I asked what I should do if I don't have an alternative passport or driver's license. In response, my account was blocked and the money was confiscated.

To solve this problem and get my honest money, I applied to a state institution, completed training and received a driver's license. Now I can fulfill the requirement of everygame security department and provide an alternative document. But they don't answer me by e-mail, and in an online chat I was informed that my account was permanently blocked and will not be restored.

Customer is always wrong no,matter what. If you get dealt the same hand 3 times in a row that's cool. Happens all the time in real poker. And if you lose a hand that cost you the tournament example at everygame poker pair of 7s beats trip 7s all day. And when you check your hand history you had jack of diamonds and 3 of clubs. Yeah ok ..instead of everygame poker throw your $$ in the fireplace and roast marshmallows. They suck at cheating and the customer service is the worst. Schedule a call you get someone other side of the world that "really cares" they will get back in 48 hrs or less after they take a nap. Oops they forgot. So go ahead waste your time with these clowns. Log in and have fun

I deposited hundreds of dollars a week…

I deposited hundreds of dollars a week into this casino. After a few months, i noticed that some of my deposits were more expensive than what i actually deposited. For instance, i deposited $100, but i was charged $108.50. This was only on SOME of the deposits. I notified everygame and they agreed to refund ONE MONTH, but not any of the others, nor any future over charges. One single month added up to over $120. This is not an unsubstancial amount. I tried reasoning with them, and i got a series of rude emails. They blamed my bank, but this was not a bank fee. I would suggest going elsewhere to game, there are a plethora of other online casinos to choose from. The lack of caring about my business was stunning!

They gave me "free spins" I made $129 off it and the minute I unlocked the funds I tried to withdraw via bitcoin and they waited 2 days to say I violated their rules and they took away all my winnings. ABSOLUTE SCAM, played through hours of rollover just to get my funds stolen

Like everyone else is saying, their "verification" process is non-existent when you try to verify your account before you withdraw. I shouldn't even have to be verified because I've played with them for over 20 years, since they were called Intertops.

At any rate, I've tried emailing them 4 times this week, with zero responses regarding verifying my sensitive documents i sent them over the weekend. Everygame is a joke that ends up a bad joke on the player.

Everygame has turned the world oldest casino in to the world most misleading casino that will mislead and lie to their oldest and most honest players who have been here for years and years.(&update)

I will start with stating that although they post a 48hr withdraw time this isn’t at all close to the truth. Truth is that even if they didn’t decide to make you jump through any hoops at all any withdraw made any day other then Monday or Tuesday by 11:59pm will not be processed until the following Monday at the earliest. An example I have is a withdraw I requested on Wednesday morning at 4:30ish in the morning after all documents were finally approved (will explain that ridiculous process and the games these people play also) will mean that my payout won’t come until Monday at the earliest. This clearly shows 48hrs would be Friday 4:30is am. That said no go. The reason this upsets me is that I have been told beginning on the 23rd of December to not yet request my withdrawal. But yesterday during chat at 9am an agent explained to me that although I had a request denied because they chose to not look at the documents I sent them besides once every 5 business days when they would make up a new document or issue that was needed to get verified for the 2nd or 3rd time at this place I was promised if I sent in my ID which they first got on Dec 23rd I would receive an email and I’d get my payout soon. We’ll email never came. Everything I was told was a lie and even though I contacted them to be sure they couldn’t screw me over for an entire week for the 3rd time they used lies and misinformation and unethical behavior to do exactly that. Also request after request for a supervisor or senior member of the staff to contact me still haven’t been answered or even acknowledged and on the phone the agent who called outright refused to read what the agent had told me and instead changed words from what was printed to what they could use to screw me for another week. Prior to the call an agent said again I’d have to wait another 5 business days for them to review my id for the 3rd time. It’s clear this place has become a site that only exists to screw people out of their money because player retention is probably non existent at this point. I have been asked on 5 different occasions for a document that they previously hadn’t asked for. Each new request comes with a 5 business day waiting period and unless somehow they don’t ask you to re verify like they have done to me over and over at every new wd request which are very few over yes now be aware that it may not even be possible to get a payment in under 7 days from the time you request the withdraw and that 7 days would be a best case scenario. New kyc verification seems to come with every payout request and they have no problem misleading to and ultimately outright lying to players just to hold on to their money in hopes they will get them so upset they give up on trying to get their winnings. Places like this are the vampires of this industry and the reason non crypt sites with payouts that aren’t instant like crypto sites when it comes to withdraw can no longer exist. The worlds oldest online casino has sadly turned in to the worlds slowest and one of the most unethical casinos I’ve ever been part of. All this for a withdraw that took a 60x rollover to even be able to withdraw shows how few and far in between these guys actually pay players.

My fear of them lagging on payout until next week was spot on. Request for another payout although I was told it wasn’t at all needed was made while on phone with an employee who said it had to be done. It was done at 5:25ish am on Wednesday which I was told woul lead to a payout being sent on Monday. This was against my objection and repeated request that due to their own employees saying to not put in an additional request that was in our live chat and could be seen. The guy acted like that wasn’t what was said and outright refused to admit or even acknowledge the fact of this at all. Repeatedly asking to speak with a supervisor has came and gone without response and this has been a nightmare. I’m completely convinced that they were trying to be so difficult I would give up on the 500$ and discontinue communicating with them which was very tempting but I know wasn’t right not to mention it’s 500 dollar and is a substantial amount of money. I’d suggest looking at other options for online gaming as this provider has lost all respect or trust from me. Best of luck and I’d suggest other platforms but feel it would take value or trust away from this review. Thank you

The verification is crazy

The verification is crazy, I submit clear legible documents twice and they always just ask for more.
They take 2 days plus for review, so you basically get one chance per week to correspond with them.

I deposited $95 in bitcoin and applied the welcome bonus us 200% +25 free spins. I initially won about $140 on the free spins and then lost it all back but $.24 I deposited $25 more in bitcoin and was locked out of poker room and they made me spend my $25 to full fill the playthrough requirement on the freespins. They also said it had to be played only on betsoft games but don't inform you of this and have a ton of other software games. They say if I pay them $140 they will void the playthrough requirement and I can again play poker??? It would also void the $140 deposit and I would have to deposit more to play poker. My account had $200 removed!

Joined this 'new version of Intertops (everygame.com) played for about 1 year...2022. On 24/09/2022 began playing slots early morning and by lunch had won over $300, a very thing. Kept playing on and off throughout the day. At 8pm was playing a slot (had $220 in account) when the screen flickered, a very quick banner said there was a tech issue. I was about to log out when the screen went back to the slot I was playing but my account only had $20(exactly, no cents?) in it? Got on the help chat, talked to some called Carter(?) who said he'd look into it, 30 seconds later he said he can see nothing wrong and there is no record of me having $220 in my account???? I asked him to check with the 'tech team', 30 seconds later he said all checked I had not had $220 according to records of the day?
I couldn't believe such a blatant thing would happen, especially given I would obviously never play there again...so they stole $200 but lost about $1500 a year I put in on average? Still can't believe it?

Stay away from everygame.eu, they keep on rejecting withdrawal giving different reason al the time

I opened an account a few months ago, recently attempted to withdraw and the option was disabled asking for my bank and ID copies which were supplied. Managed to request for withdrawal, which was rejected after 2 days stating that i must send pictures of me holding bank and ID card, but this was not communicated initially.
