Thank you “Trustpilot” . I finally got a person to talk to today from “Tesco Mobile “ and am assured my complaint has been addressed.
However I have lost out on a year and a half of Club Card points from Tesco!

Excellent service, very polite and friendly.
I had two tyres fitted and was in and out in a jiffy even though they looked very busy, also offered a free tea or Coffee while I waited.
Squeezing me in was no trouble at all to them.

We were only briefly in the area but needed a repair to the brakes. This was sorted promptly with an expert and definitive repair at very reasonable cost. Exemplary communication gave us great confidence and able to resume our holiday the next day. Many thanks, highly recommended.
